]]> As a prelude to the 11th International Day of Yoga (IDY) 2025, NTPC Bongaigaon organized a six-day yoga workshop at its township under the Ahwahan Policy, embracing the theme “Yoga for One Earth, One Health.” Inaugurated by Arnab Maitra, Head of Project, the workshop aimed to promote holistic well-being among employees, their families, and the wider community. Led by certified yoga guru Madhusudan Pramanik, the sessions featured guided meditation, asanas, and breathing techniques designed to enhance wellness in daily life. The event witnessed enthusiastic participation from senior officials, CISF personnel, township residents, and members of the Bardwi Shikla Ladies Club, reflecting NTPC Bongaigaon’s commitment to fostering a mindful, resilient, and health-conscious community. The celebrations will culminate on June 21, aligning with the national movement initiated by the Ministry of Ayush to integrate yoga into everyday life for improved physical and mental health.
