Discussions focused on necessary organizational policy reforms to normalize career breaks, the importance of flexible work arrangements and mentorship programs, and strategies to eliminate biases among recruiters and managers. As the Nodal Officer for NTPC Limited, she engaged with 25 professionals from India, Bhutan, Bangladesh, Nepal, Pakistan, and Sri Lanka, all committed to enhancing women’s participation in the energy sector. The discussions, spearheaded by a team from the World Bank, focused on strategic planning, partnership strengthening, and consensus-building on key action points essential for driving gender inclusivity in the industry.
