In collaboration with SpeedforcEV under the banner of Optimotion, the company deployed its first batch of 100 electric two-wheelers in Hyderabad today. This strategic move marks a significant step toward providing sustainable, technology-driven solutions for delivery partners and fleet operators.

Unlike traditional fleet operations that focus solely on vehicle deployment, Wardwizard Innovations & Mobility Limited is introducing a first-of-its-kind holistic approach in India to ensure seamless operations for delivery partners. The initiative encompasses vehicle supply, 24/7 maintenance, spare parts availability, charging infrastructure, financing solutions, and insurance support—all provided through strategic partnerships. This integrated approach ensures zero downtime for fleet operators, maximizing vehicle uptime and optimizing revenue potential. Cashless Insurance services will be managed by Bluebells, financing by Mangalam Industrial Finance Limited, charging stations by Ampvolts Limited, and spare parts and maintenance by SpeedforcEV.

Under this agreement, Mufin Green Finance Limited will provide seamless financial solutions to customers purchasing L3 & L5 Passenger and Cargo electric three-wheelers of Wardwizard Innovations & Mobility Ltd. through its authorized dealer network. Wardwizard will facilitate proper documentation, ensure vehicle registration with hypothecation to Mufin, and guarantee timely delivery. The company ensures seamless battery support for both Lead Acid and Lithium Batteries, offering reliable performance during the eligible warranty timeframe. A notable highlight of this partnership is that Mufin Green shall also extend its financing solutions to support fleet operations (B2B) for Joy e-bike electric two-wheelers (2W) and Joy e-rik electric three-wheelers (3W). This includes providing tailored financing options for fleet owners and operators, further accelerating the adoption of electric vehicles in the commercial and logistics sectors.

Through this joint venture, SpeedForce will help promote green mobility by supporting Joy e-bike’s commitment to sustainable transportation. Customers will benefit from having their vehicles serviced not only at Joy e-bike showrooms but also at SpeedForce outlets across India, especially in areas where Joy e-bike service stations are not present.

Additionally, SpeedForce outlets will be stocked with Joy e-bike spare parts, lubricants and technical support, ensuring that customers receive end-to-end service and maintenance. This development follows the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) signed between Wardwizard Innovations and Beulah International Development Corporation, a prominent full-service business integration and EPC firm in the Philippines backed by RP Connect. Mumbai, September 07, 2024: Wardwizard Innovations & Mobility Limited (WIML), one of the leading manufacturers of electric vehicles under the brands ‘Joy e-bike’ and ‘Joy e-rik’, today announced that the company has received a Letter of Intent (LOI) from His Royal Highness Prince Abdulaziz Bin Turki Bin Talal Bin Abdulaziz Al Saud to form a Joint Venture in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA). This strategic collaboration marks a significant step in Wardwizard’s global expansion and commitment to sustainable mobility solutions.

A comprehensive feasibility study has already been completed, confirming the viability of these ventures in Saudi Arabia. The positive outcome of this study supports Wardwizard’s decision to proceed with the Joint Venture, which aligns with the KSA’s vision for sustainable development.

The proposed Joint Venture involves setting up two plants in Saudi Arabia, which shall include:-

·         EV Cells Plant. A dedicated plant focused on the production of electric vehicle cells

Mumbai, 13^th May 2024: Wardwizard Innovations & Mobility Limited, a prominent manufacturer of electric vehicles under the ‘Joy e-bike’ and ‘Joy e-rik’ brands, dispatched 1,071 units of electric two-wheelers in April 2024. This reflects a growth of over 135% compared to April 2023, when the company had sold 455 units of electric two-wheelers.

Additionally, the company recorded a significant retail sale of 1,212 units as per Vahan data in April 2024.
