Home prices in Noida Sector-150 jump 2.4 times in 3.5 yrs Gurugram’s Sohna sees 74 pc rise Anarock

New Delhi, (PTI) Housing prices in Uttar Pradesh’s Noida Sector 150 recorded the highest appreciation of 139 per cent across 14 active micro-markets in seven cities in the last three-and-a-half years on high demand, according to Anarock.

Real estate consultant Anarock on Wednesday came out with a report on capital appreciation and rental value growth trends across 14 of the most active (in terms of supply and sales) micro markets in Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Pune, Delhi-NCR, Mumbai Metropolitan Region (MMR), Kolkata, and Chennai.

As per the data, the average prices in Noida Sector 150 has surged to Rs 13,600 per sq ft in June 2025 from Rs 5,700 per sq ft in 2021-end.

At Sohna Road, Gurugram, the prices have risen 74 per cent to Rs 11,500 per sq ft from Rs 6,600 per sq ft.
“Sector-150 in Noida is the standout nationally. Its property values have soared 139 per cent in just over three and half years — the fastest among all micro markets in this study — fuelled by new township projects, greenfield planning, and investor enthusiasm,” Anarock said.

Sohna Road in Gurugram has benefited from improved connectivity via the Delhi-Mumbai Expressway linkages.

Anarock Chairman Anuj Puri noted that capital values rose sharply during 2022 and 2023 calendar years across these seven cities.

After that, he said there have been steady gains as new supply hit the market and buyers became more price sensitive.

“Notably, infrastructure-led markets (those benefiting from new metro lines, expressways, or new planned tech hubs) continued to defy this cooling trend,” Puri said.

Signature Global Chairman Pradeep Aggarwal attributed the growth in prices on Sohna road to several infrastructure projects which have improved connectivity.

He said there is a robust pipeline of residential and commercial projects in this region to meet the rising demand.

Uttar Pradesh to Host Biotechnology Industrial Park and Green Data Centre

In a significant development, Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath and Union Science & Technology Minister laid the foundation stone for a state-of-the-art Green Data Centre at Sahibabad, Ghaziabad — a joint venture between Central Electronics Limited (CEL), a Government of India PSU, and ESDS. With a capacity of 30 MW and an investment of around ₹1,000 crore, the data center is designed with a strong focus on energy efficiency and sustainability. It will feature Tier III-compliant infrastructure, accommodate 200 high-density racks per floor, and offer 40 Gbps fibre connectivity with disaster recovery capabilities. Environmentally responsible features such as rainwater harvesting, reflective roofing, and smart cooling systems further underline its green credentials, while the facility is expected to generate skilled employment and attract tech-driven enterprises.

RLDA Invites Bids for Residential Development on Railway Land at Belanganj, Agra, Uttar Pradesh

Agra, August 2024: Rail Land Development Authority (RLDA), a statutory authority of Indian Railways, has invited bids for the residential development of Railway Land at Belanganj, Agra under the Agra Division of North Central Railway.

The total land area to be leased to the developer is 90,304 Sqm (9.03 Ha). The land will be leased for 99 years with a reserve price of INR 262.3 crore. The Floor Area Ratio (FAR) for the Belanganj site offered for development is 1.275 and the Floor Area offered is approx. 1,15,138.00 Sqm (12,39,337 Sq. ft).

यूपी में जल्द ही पांच और हवाई अड्डे होंगे: सिंधिया

केंद्रीय उड्डयन मंत्री ज्योतिरादित्य सिंधिया ने अहमदाबाद और अयोध्या के बीच पहली त्रि-साप्ताहिक उड़ान को हरी झंडी दिखाते हुए कहा कि उत्तर प्रदेश में जल्द ही पांच और अलीगढ़, आज़मगढ़, श्रावस्ती, चित्रकोट, मोरादाबाद में हवाई अड्डे होंगे। श्री सिंधिया ने कहा, 2014 में छह से बढ़कर, उत्तर प्रदेश में अब 10 हवाई अड्डे हैं, जिनमें अयोध्या हवाई अड्डा भी शामिल है। 2014 में उत्तर प्रदेश 18 शहरों से जुड़ा था, जो अब बढ़कर 41 हो गया है।

उत्तर प्रदेश में 2014 में प्रति सप्ताह 700 उड़ानों की आवाजाही होती थी, जो अब बढ़कर 1,654 हवाई यातायात आवाजाही हो गई है। यह 137 फीसदी की बढ़ोतरी है.

“उत्तर प्रदेश में 2014 में छह परिचालन हवाई अड्डे थे, जो बढ़कर 10 परिचालन हवाई अड्डे हो गए हैं, जिसमें अयोध्या भी शामिल है। बहुत जल्द पांच नए हवाई अड्डों – अलीगढ़, आज़मगढ़, श्रावस्ती, चित्रकूट और मोरादाबाद – का उद्घाटन अगले महीने में किया जाएगा, ”सिंधिया ने कहा, कि जेवर अंतरराष्ट्रीय हवाई अड्डा है निर्माणाधीन वर्ष के अंत तक चालू हो जाएगा। उन्होंने कहा कि जेवर एयरपोर्ट की क्षमता 1.20 करोड़ लोगों की होगी. मुख्यमंत्री योगी आदित्यनाथ ने नए अयोध्या हवाई अड्डे की स्थापना के लिए मोदी सरकार को धन्यवाद दिया, जो सरकार द्वारा चौथा है।

इस साल देश के चुनाव है और देश का जब भी चुनाव होता है तो सत्ता का रास्ता उत्तरप्रदेश से ही निकलता है . उत्तरप्रदेश की 80 सीटें ही तय कर देती है कि देश की कमान कौन संभालेगा .भाजपा ने तो उत्तरप्रदेश में अयोध्या के राममंदिर के सहारे ही अपना चुनाव प्रचार शुरु भी कर दिया और उधर कांग्रेस ने उत्तरप्रदेश की तीन साल से महासचिव रहीं प्रियंका गांधी को हटाकर अनुभवी संगठनकर्ता अविनाश पांडे को महासचिव बनाकर कमान दी है . जाहिर है अब अविनाश पांडे को साबित करना होगा कि वो यूपी में कांग्रेस को फिर से कैसे जिंदा कर पाते हैं. अविनाश पांडे से खास बात की वरिष्ठ पत्रकार संदीप सोनवलकर ने

सवाल .. उत्तरप्रदेश में कैसे बनायेंगे कांग्रेस को चुनौती बहुत बड़ी है .

जवाब … उत्तरप्रदेश में कार्यकर्ता की कमी नहीं है माननीय प्रियंका गांधी ने भी संगठन को आगे ले जाने के लिए बहुत मेहनत की लेकिन अब सबसे बड़ी चुनौती बेहतर चुनावी परिणाम की है . हम इंडिया अलायंस के साथ गठबंधन में चुनाव लड़ने जा रहे हैं .सीटों का फैसला पार्टी की समिती और आलाकमान मिल कर करेंगे .उत्तरप्रदेश में कांग्रेस कार्यकर्ता लगातार सड़क पर बने हुये हैं .नये अध्यक्ष अजय राय युवा और जूझारु है .. सबको साथ लेकर चलना है . हम लोगों तक ये बात पहुंचायेंगे कि मोदी सरकार देश का माहौल बिगाड़ रही है और मंहगाई तथा रोजगार जैसे सवालों पर लगातार बचकर चल रही है

सवाल .. बीजेपी राममंदिर का मुददा उठा रही है कैसे इसका मुकाबला करेंगे ..

जवाब .. देखिये राममंदिर के सबसे पहली शुरुआत तो राजीव गांधी जी ने की थी . हमारे लिए ये राजनीति का नहीं बल्कि आस्था का मुददा है. राम सबके है और प्रभु श्री राम तो मर्यादा पुरुषोत्तम कहलाते हैं . भगवान राम का मंदिर बने ये सब चाहते हैं लेकिन इसके लिए किसी और समुदाय या लोगों को डराना और आतंकित करना ठीक नहीं है .सबको साथ लेकर ये काम होना चाहिये . हमें भी जब संभव होगा दर्शन करने जायेंगे . इस पर बीजेपी राजनीति करना चाहती है और इसे राजनीति का मुददा बना रही है जबकि ये तो लोगों की आस्था का सवाल है .

सवाल.. गठबंधन में बहुत सी मुश्किलें सामने आ रही है कैसे गठबंधन होगा कितनी सीट पर लड़ेंगे ..

जवाब .. देखिये हम इंडिया अलायंस के साथ चुनाव लड़ेगे इसमें कोई भी संकोच नहीं है.कौन कितनी सीट पर लड़ेगा ये आलाकमान तय करेगा हमारी प्राथमिकता ऐसे उम्मीदवार का चयुन करना होगा जो फासिस्टवादी भाजपा को हरा सके . अगर हमने उत्तरप्रदेश में भाजपा का रथ रोक दिया तो फिर केंद्र में मोदी सरकार की वापसी मुश्किल होगी . लोगों को ये बताना होगा कि हम देश और संविधान को बचाना चाहते हैं. सीटों के बारे में मिलकर तय करेंगे अभी से यह कहना ठीक नहीं कि कौन कितनी सीटें पर लड़ेगा .

सवाल .. मोदी के सामने चेहरा कौन होगा क्या राहुल गांधी चेहरा होंगे ..

जवाब ..माननीय श्री राहुल गांधी लगातार देश के सवालों को उठा रहे हैं और उनकी कही हुयी हर बात सही साबित हो रही है. राहुल जी देश के गरीब . दलित अल्पसंख्यक सबकी बात कर रहे हैं राहुल जी ने ही ओबीसी की जातिगत जनगणना की बात कही है . देश में हम न्याय स्कीम चाहते हैं जिसमें सबको बराबर से तरक्की का मौका मिले ..जब तक देश के हर व्यक्ति को अवसर नहीं मिलेगा तब तक कैसा विकास और किसका विकास . मोदी सरकार तो बस अपने कुछ उघोगपति मित्रों का ही विकास कर रही है और बाकी देश की जनता मंहगाई और बेरोजगारी से परेशान है ..माननीय राहुल गांधी विचार धारा की लड़ाई लड़ रहे है और असली सवाल उठा रहें है तभी तो मोदी सरकार ने उनकी संसद सदस्यता तक छीनने की कोशिश की .हम सत्ता के लिए नहीं देश के लिए काम करना चाहते हैं.

सवाल ..यूपी में ब्राह्मण और सवर्ण समाज बीस फीसदी से ज्यादा है . क्या आप उनको कांग्रेस के साथ जोड़ पायेंगे ..

जवाब.. ये सच है कि मैं ब्राह्मण समाज से हूं और इसका मुझे गर्व भी है लेकिन हमने कभी इस तरह की जातिगत राजनीति नहीं की .. यूपी में हम ब्राह्मण और सवर्ण ही नहीं दलित अल्पसंख्यक और सभी समाज को साथ लेकर चलना चाहते हैं. ब्राह्मण समाज के अपने सवाल है उनको भी रोजगार और मंहगाई की उतनी ही तकलीफ है जितनी बाकी सबको .. हम सबकी बात सुनेंगे और सभी को साथ लेकर चलने की कोशिश करेंगे .

हमारा मत

उत्तर प्रदेश में कांग्रेस जिस डरावने गर्त में पड़ी हुई है, वहां से उसका फिर से ऊपर उठना आसान नहीं है। ऐसे दुर्गम हालात में नए प्रभारी अविनाश पांडे से बहुत उम्मीद करना राजनीतिक बेवकूफी ही साबित होगी। हालांकि अविनाश पांडे को बेहद बिगड़े राजनीतिक हालात सम्हालने और सुधारने में महारत हासिल है। अपनी इस सामर्थ्य क्षमता का प्रदर्शन वे राजस्थान में कांग्रेस की सरकार उलटने निकले सचिन पायलट की बगावत को सम्हालकर बखूबी कर चुके हैं। झारखंड में भी प्रभारी के तौर पर हालात को सहेजने में वे सफल साबित रहे हैं। लेकिन जिस पार्टी ने 1947 से 1989 के बीच लगभग चार दशक तक उत्तर प्रदेश पर राज किया वो कांग्रेस अब लोकसभा की केवल एक सीट पर सिमट गई है और 403 सीटों वाली उत्तर प्रदेश विधानसभा में केवल दो सीटों तक सिमट कर रह गई कांग्रेस पार्टी को राज्य में यहां से आगे ले जाना पांडे के लिए बड़ी जिम्मेदारी मानी जा रही है।

UP to have 6609 new fuel outlets

Bhupendra Chaudhary appointed new Uttar Pradesh BJP chief

New Delhi: The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) on Thursday (August 25, 2022) appointed Uttar Pradesh minister Bhupendra Chaudhary as the state unit chief. The decision comes after the BJP top brass called on CM Yogi Adityanath and Chaudhary to Delhi to discuss the matter. Chaudhary, a Jat leader from western Uttar Pradesh, met BJP president J P Nadda late on Wednesday evening.

Chaudhary will replace Swatantar Dev Singh, who has been made the minister in the Yogi Adityanath-led government.

With the chief minister hailing from eastern Uttar Pradesh, the BJP looks to strike a regional balance with the appointment of Chaudhary as the party’s state chief.

Student Dies in Road Accident in After Harassment

A bright student met an unfortunate accident in BULANDSHAHAR allegedly chased by local goons who are tying to stop her .

SUDHIKSHA BHATI was pursuing her higher studies in the United States, died after her two-wheeler met with an accident in Bulandshahr district of Uttar Pradesh. The family members of bhati have alleged that the accident took place because two bike-borne men were harassing her and chasing after her.

She had come home for holidays and was to return to the US on August 20.

Bhati was going to a relative’s house in Aurangabad with her uncle when her vehicle collided with another bike in Bulandshahr. She is believed to have died on the spot. Her family members have said that she was riding pillion when two bike-borne boys started harassing her and began performing stunts, which allegedly led to the accident.

Speaking to media on the incident, SP City Bulandshahr, Atul Kumar Srivastava said, “The girl Sudhiksha was going to a relative’s place with her uncle on a bike when she met with an accident and died on the spot. The bike she was riding pillion, collided with a Bullet motorcycle. A case has been registered in this regard and hunt is on for the owner of the motorcycle that collided with the bike of Sudhiksha’s uncle.”

Satendra Bhati, the girl’s uncle who was riding the bike, said, “…We had reached Bulandshahr when two boys on a Bullet bike started overtaking us several times and started performing stunts. Suddenly, he overtook us and applied the brakes, due to which our bike lost control and we met with an accident. My niece suffered head injuries and collapsed on the spot.”

The Samajwadi Party raised questions over the law and order situation in Uttar Pradesh and said that today, there is no fear of police in the criminals. Speaking to the media, party spokesperson Anurag Bhadauria said, “The UP government has failed and is only busy in doing politics of religion and caste. The government was making tall claims about law and order in the state but all those claims have fallen face-first today. There is no fear of police in the criminals today all because of the failed governance by the state government.”

Bahujan Samaj Party chief Mayawati also launched an attack on the Yogi Adityanath-led Bharatiya Janata Party government in the state over the issue and demanded strict action against the culprits. “The promising student Sudiksha Bhati, who was going on a bike with her uncle in Bulandshahr, lost her life due to the eve-teasers, which is extremely sad and condemnable. How will daughters progress? UP government should take strict legal action against the culprits immediately, this is a strong demand of BSP,” the BSP chief tweeted.

आखिर विकास पकड़ा गया या सरेन्डर

आठ पुलिस कर्मियों को भून देने वाला कुख्यात अपराधी विकास दुबे आखिर मध्यप्रदेश के उज्जैन में महाकाल मंदिर से पकड़ा गया. मध्यप्रदेश के गृहमंत्री नरोत्तम मिश्रा ने इसकी पुष्टि भी कर दी है।।विकास पिछले 6 दिन से फरार था और उस पर पांच लाख का इनाम था।

लेकिन विकास जिस ड्रामे के साथ पकड़ा गया उससे पहला सवाल तो यही बनता है कि वो पकड़ा गया या सोच समझकर उसने एम पी में सरेंडर किआ क्योंकि पकड़े जाने से पहले उसने बाकायदा महाकाल की पूजा की और फिर खुद ही बाहर आकर चीखा की मै विकास दुबे हूं तब चौकीदार ने उसे पकड़ लिया और फिर पुलिस बुलाई गई। अब कानूनी तौर पर उसे एमपी पुलिस अदालत में पेश करेगी और वही से वो यूपी की जेल जाएगा । यूपी पुलिस चाहे भी तो उसका एनकोउन्टर नही कर सकती।

यूपी के माफिया इस खेल को खूब समझते है ।ऐसे कई बड़े माफिया कुछ साल पहले अक्सर मुम्बई आकर सरेंडर करते या एयरपोर्ट के बाहर ही अरेस्ट दिखवाते थे और इसमें मुम्बई पुलिस के बड़े धुरन्धर एनकोउन्टर स्पेशलिस्ट शामिल होते थे । बाद में इस पर रोक लगी।

विकास पर एक सवाल और पहले तो वो शिवली से निकालकर दो दिन पहले फरीदाबाद कैसे पहुँचा जाहिर है पूरा यूपी पर किआ होगा फिर फरीदाबाद से निकलकर उजजैन आते हुए भी यूपी के रास्ते आया होगा तो पकड़ा क्यों नही गया । क्या कोई चाह रहा था कि वो किसी और राज्य की पुलिस के सामने सरेंडर कर दे ताकि उसका एनकोउन्टर न हो। इसकी जांच होनी चाहिए ।

कहानी ये हुई कि पुलिस की गिरफ्त में आने के बाद भी विकास पर कोई असर नहीं दिखा और मीडिया के सामने चिल्लाने लगा, ‘..मैं विकास दुबे हूं…कानपुर वाला.

आज सुबह ही विकास दुबे महाकालेश्वर मंदिर पहुंचा और सुबह 9 बजकर 55 मिनट पर विकास दुबे ने मंदिर के सामने अपना नाम चिल्लाया. मौके पर स्थानीय मीडिया को भी बुला लिया गया था. बताया ये भी जा रहा है कि उसने मंदिर के बाहर खड़े होकर अपना नाम चिल्लाया, फिर लोगों ने पुलिस को सूचित किया.

स्थानीय मीडिया के साथ ही स्थानीय पुलिस भी महाकालेश्वर मंदिर के सामने पहुंची और विकास दुबे को गिरफ्तार कर लिया. बताया जा रहा है कि विकास दुबे ने सरेंडर करने की सूचना स्थानीय मीडिया और पुलिस को दी थी. इसके बाद स्थानीय पुलिस ने उसे गिरफ्तार किया है.

जब पुलिस विकास दुबे को पकड़कर महाकाल थाने में ले जा रही थी, तब विकास दुबे लगातार मीडिया से बात कर रहा था. इसी दौरान वो चिल्लाया, ‘…मैं विकास दुबे कानपुर वाला विकास पर कई अपराध दर्ज है ।एक अपराध के सिलसिले में जब 2 जुलाई की रात पुलिस पार्टी उसे पकड़ने उसके गॉव बिकरु गई तो उसने घात लगाकर पुलिस के ही 8 लोगो को भून दिया और फरार हो गया था।
