Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited (BPCL) has significantly expanded India’s clean energy network by launching several major City Gas Distribution (CGD) projects across Uttar Pradesh. Shri Subhankar Sen, Director (Marketing & HR), inaugurated the new Gas Territory Office and Decompression Unit (DCU) at Sitapur, while virtually opening a high-capacity City Gate Station and Heavy Commercial Vehicle (HCV) filling facility at Shahjahanpur, along with two District Regulating Stations at Maholi and Lakhimpur City. This joint launch, attended by senior officials including Shri Rahul Tandon and Shri Rouf M. Khan, will bring eco-friendly Piped Natural Gas (PNG) to nearly 75,000 households and provide 35,000 kg of compressed gas daily for vehicles at Shahjahanpur, advancing BPCL’s goal of delivering reliable, sustainable energy solutions across the region.

The Chief Minister stated that the airport is now on the verge of inauguration, and an invitation has been sent to Prime Minister Narendra Modi to inaugurate it on March 28.  The Noida International Airport is being developed in multiple phases and, upon completion, will rank among the largest airports in India. With state-of-the-art infrastructure and global connectivity, it aims to position itself as a world-class aviation facility.
