Kangana said in a tweet, “Dear respected honourable @INCIndia president Sonia Gandhi Ji being a woman aren’t you anguished by the treatment I am given by your government in Maharashtra? Can you not request your government to uphold the principles of the Constitution given to us by Dr Ambedkar?”

She went on to add, “You have grown up in the west and lived here in India. You may be aware of the struggles of women. History will judge your silence and indifference when your own Government is harassing women and ensuring a total mockery of law and order. I hope you will intervene.”

This comes a day after Kangana took to her handle to slam Maharashtra chief minister Uddhav Thackeray for allegedly carrying out vendetta politics and carrying out a demolition drive at her Mumbai office.
Yesterday in a tweet she said that, as a symbolic gesture, she will not renovate the portions of her office that were demolished on Wednesday by the Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation. The BMC carried out the demolition based on alleged structural violations.

Meanwhile Kanganas mother ASHA RANAUT has thanked Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) for providing Y-plus category security to her daughter even as her tussle with Shiv Sena leaders escalates. Asha added that the gesture has made her a BJP supporter now.

Asha Ranaut said : “The blessings of the entire country are with Kangana. I am proud that my daughter has always stood for the truth. I thank Union Home Minister Amit Shah. We are not even associated with that party (BJP), we were from the Congress. My grandfather-in-law was a member of the Congress party. Even though they (BJP) knew that we were from the Congress from the beginning, they supported us.”

In a tweet, the actor wrote, “I had my office opening on 15th Jan, shortly after corona hit us, like most of us I haven’t worked ever since, don’t have money to renovate it, I will work from those ruins keep that office ravaged as a symbol of a woman’s will that dared to rise in this world.” She added the hashtag, “Kangana vs Uddhav,” a sign of her continued altercation with Maharashtra chief minister Uddhav Thackeray.

In a statement Maharashtra CMO’s office said, “There are some reports doing rounds on social media claiming that lockdown will be re-imposed and shops will be shut. Please do not believe in such rumours, as no such decision has been taken by the Maharashtra government.”

The Maharashtra government has also warned people of strict against people spreading such rumours.
Taking to Twitter, Maharashtra CMO wrote: “Lockdown will not be re-imposed. CM Uddhav Balasaheb Thackeray has appealed to the people to refrain from crowding. He has earnestly requested them to follow the Govt’s instructions and take necessary precautions to stay safe and take care.”

On June 10, Thackeray had said he would be forced to roll back lockdown relaxation if people didn’t take social distancing rules seriously. “Lockdown will have to continue if this (non-adherence of norms) happens. But I am confident people will listen to the government’s rules and guidelines since it is taking care of their welfare,” he said.

On May 31, Maharashtra government had released new COVID-19 lockdown relaxation guidelines in order to restart activities in the state. Terming it “Mission Begin Again”, these relaxations are being implemented in a phased manner for the non-COVID-19 containment zones.

दरअसल भाजपा के शीर्ष नेतृत्व प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी और अमित शाह किसी भी तरह से राष्ट्रपति शासन लगाने के पक्ष में नहीं है . अमित शाह ने खुद इस विषय पर पूर्व मुखयमंत्री देवेंद्र फणनवीस और भाजपा अध्यक्ष चंद्रकांत पाटिल से बात की है .उनको ये साफ संदेश दिया गया है कि अगर सरकार अपने ही बोझ से गिरे तो कोई बात नहीं .इसी को समझ कर देवेन्द्र लगातार चालें चल रहे हैं .अभी इतना लगातार आक्रामक होकर हमले इसलिये कर रहे हैं ताकि आघाडी सरकार में ये संदेश जाता रहे कि सरकार ज्यादा दिन नहीं चलने वाली हैं .इसके कई फायदे एक साथ हो रहे हैं एक तरफ ब्यूरोक्रेसी जो कोरोना में सबसे अहम हो गयी है वो काम नहीं कर रही उसे लगता है कि बीजेपी सरकार आ गयी तो कीमत चुकानी होगी दूसरा आघाडी सरकार में आपस में अविशवास पनप रहा है और इसी में कुछ विधायक पाला बदल सकते हैं .

ये सच भी है कि किसी भी सरकार में सब कुछ सही नहीं होता खासतौर पर तब जब तीन दलों की सरकार हो . देवेन्द्र फणनवीस को मालूम है कि अगर उदधव सफल हो गये तो बीजेपी और उनके लिए रास्ते बंद हो जायेंगे . देवेन्द इसी वजह से कई बार हडबडी में भी कदम उठा रहे हैं जैसे बिना तैयारी के ही सरकार के खिलाफ आँदोलन का ऐलान कर दिया जो नहीं हो सका . फिर खुद को सबसे बड़ा साबित करने के लिए हेल्पलाईन खोल दी जबकि संगठन साथ नहीं है . अब फिर से तूफान खड़ा करने की कोशिश है .
यहां तक कि सातारा महाराज उदयन राजे को राज्यसभा और रंजीत सिंह मोहिते पाटिल को विधानपरिषद भेजकर संदेश भी दिया कि जो भाजपा में आयेगा उसको इनाम मिलेगा लेकिन आघाडी के विधायक अभी डर रहे हैं वो ये भी जानते है कि अगर कम नंबर में बाहर गये तो फिर उदयन राजे की तरह हार भी सकते हैं. मगर मुश्किल ये है कि आघाडी के तीनों दलो में दरार बढती जा रही है आपसी भी और अंदरुनी भी .

शिवसेना में कई लोग नाराज है कि उनको मंत्रिमंडल या महामंडल नहीं मिला जबकि अब भी विधानपरिषद से चुने गये लोग ही सरकार में अहम है .वहां भी उदधव और आदित्य गुट की लड़ाई है . संजय राउत उसमें छौंका लगाते हैं . एनसीपी में चाचा भतीजे की लड़ाई है . शऱद पवार के बताये कामों को अजीत पवार अडंगा लगा रहे है जिससे ट्रांसफर पोस्टिंग तक पर झगडा हो रहा है . कांग्रेस नेता विहीन है . थोरात और अशोक चव्हाण की पटती नहीं तो दिलली तक नेता को लेकर भ्रम है .राहुल गांधी ने तो जिम्मेदारी ही झटक ली थी बाद में पवार के कहने पर सोनिया गांधी ने दखल दिया तब राहुल ने उदधव से बात की और अगले दिन संयुक्त प्रेस कांफ्रेंस हुयी .

इन सबसे अलग सरकार का एक अर्थशास्त्र है . ये सबको समझ में आ रहा है कि बिना केन्द्र सरकार के सहयोग के सरकार नहीं चलने वाली इसलिए उदधव लगातार केन्द्र में मोदी से पंगा नहीं लेते बल्कि जब चाहे सुधार लेते हैं. बीजेपी में भी कई लोग है जो कहते है कि शिवसेना को हमेशा के लिए छोड देना ठीक नहीं है . यही वजह है कि राष्ट्रपति शासन लगाने की कोई जल्दबाजी अभी नहीं होगी बल्कि सरकार को लगातार अस्थिर करने की कोशिश होती रहेगी ताकि दीवाली तक अपने ही बोझ से सरकार गिर जाये तब बीजेपी के पास कई विकल्प होंगे .तब तक कई समीकरण बनेंगे और बिगडेंगे भी .

The letter further reads: “We assure you of complying with all the necessary guidelines pertaining to the health, safety and security of the workers involved in such post-production activities if permitted to do so.”

A senior Shiv Sena leader said that Thackeray expressed unhappiness over politics being played around his nomination.

The state cabinet had recommended Thackeray’s nomination for the two vacant seats in the upper house. Over 20 days later, the governor has not processed the recommendation of the cabinet. On Tuesday, a delegation of MVA ministers met Koshyari to urge him to nominate Thackeray.

A senior Sena leader said Thackeray decided to dial Modi and directly speak to him after he got indications from Koshyari that he would be consulting the Centre before taking a decision on his nomination.

The Sena leader said Thackeray requested Modi to intervene as a political tussle in the middle of Covid-19 outbreak would affect the state’s efforts to control the epidemic. Maharashtra has the highest number of Covid-19 cases among all states.

“Uddhav ji discussed the current political uncertainty in the state with the PM. He expressed unhappiness over the politics being played over his nomination as MLC at a time when the state is combating the coronavirus outbreak,” said a senior Shiv Sena leader requesting anonymity.

With less than a month left for Thackeray to fulfil the constitutional requirement of getting elected to either of the houses of the state legislature, the alleged delay by the Governor has kept the proverbial sword of Damocles hanging over the CM and his government.

Thackeray, who is not a member of either house of the legislature, took oath as the CM on November 28.
He could lose the post if he is not elected to the legislature by May 27. The Shiv Sena is also exploring legal options to tackle the current uncertainty surrounding Thackeray’s nomination.

इनमे सबसे अहम ये भी है कि खुद अमित शाह ने जब मातोश्री के सिक्युरीटी में लगे एक व्यक्ति को कोरोना निकला था तो उदधव से खुद और परिवार का खयाल रखने कहा था . दो दिन पहले ही पालघर की घटना पर अमित शाह ने उदधव ठाकरे से बात की थी .उसके बाद बीजेपी के हमलावर तेवर ढीले पड गये .

सवाल ये है कि क्या ये जो रिशतो के तार कोरोना के बहाने ही सही खुले है वो राजनीतिक रिशतेदारी में भी बदलेंगे .यानी क्या ये हो सकता है कि कोरोना काल के बाद उदधव तो सीएम बने रहें बस साथ में बीजेपी आ जायेगा .इस पर राजनीतिक गलियारों में कयास लगाये जाने लगे हैं. मातोश्री के करीबी बता रहे है कि पूर्व मुख्यमंत्री देवेनद्र फणनवीस की हाल की बैचेनी यही संकेत दे रही है कि उनको भी अमित शाह की उदधव से सीधी बातचीत पसंद नहीं आ रही है .

सूत्रों का कहना है कि उदधव ने एक बार सरकार बनाकर और कोरोना काल में बेहतर काम करके दिखा दिया है लेकिन अब वो भी जानते है कि मौजूदा खराब आर्थिक हालात में केन्द्र की पूरी मदद के बिना सरकार को चलाना मुशिकल होगा .अगर बीजेपी के साथ मिलकर सरकार चलायी तो केन्द्र से अतिरिक्त मदद मिलेगी .

उदधव ठाकरे के विधानपरिषद में जाने पर चल रहा विवाद भी सुलझा लिया गया है . उदधव को 27 मई के पहले विधानपरिषद का सदसय बनना है उसके लिये केबिनेट ने राज्यपाल मनोनीत कोटे से उदधव को भेजने की सिफआरिश की थी लेकिन कानूनी तौर पर इसमें कई पेंच है इसलिए राज्यपाल ने अब तक मंजूरी नहीं दी .अब खबर है कि तीन मई के बाद विधानपरिषद की खाली सीटों पर चुनाव की नई तारीख 22 मई का ऐलान होगा जिसमें देश के बाकी हिससो में लंबित राजयसभा चुनाव की तारीख भी होगी .उदधव इसमें निर्विरोध चुन लिये जायेगें .

खुद प्रधानमंत्री मोदी से भी उदधव की बातचीत हो चुकी है और इसलिए उदधव अब तक केन्द्र सरकार के खिलाफ कुछ नहीं बोल रहे है. वो खुलकर कह रहे है कि जो केनद्र कहेगी वही करेंगे .असल में बीजेपी को समझ में आ गया है कि अभी ममता बनर्जी से तो लडा जाये लेकिन उदधव के खिलाफ जाकर हिंदुत्व विरोधी होने का आरोप ना लिया जाये .

जानकार ये भी बता रहे है कि संघ की तरफ से भैया जी जोशी भी उदधव ठाकरे से बात करते रहते है कि और उनकी भी इच्छा है उदधव की मौजूदा सरकार के छह महीने होने के बाद बीजेपी के साथ फिर से रिश्ता जोड लिया जाये. यानी इस बात के पूरे आसार है कि कोरोना के बाद शिवसेना बीजेपी में नये तार जुड सकते हैं.

However, people should not think that lockdown has been lifted. Reiterating the importance of social distancing, Maharashtra chief minister Uddhav Thackeray said today, “No one should think that lockdown has been lifted.”

The state government would take strict action against those violating lockdown norms. “I’ve heard that some people are treating relaxations as lifting of lockdown. If they continue to behave like this we will take strict measures,” added Thackeray.

The state government has decided to seal borders of districts to avoid the spread of the virus. Industries in ‘green zone’ and ‘orange zones’ have started production. Green zones are those areas where no coronavirus cases had been diagnosed. Orange zones have reported few coronavirus cases since the outbreak.

Maharashtra had several districts which recorded zero coronavirus cases.

The measures being relaxed are geared towards the agricultural sector — farming, fisheries and plantations — which provide a lifeline for thousands of farmers across the country.

“We have given permission only for industries in the essential sector and the transport of essentials,” Thackeray said .

“As we don’t run our economy now, we will be in financial crisis after we come out of coronavirus crisis,” Thackeray added.

With over 4,000 cases, Maharashtra has witnessed the highest number number of coronavirus cases in the country. The death toll in the state has increased to over 223. Mumbai, the financial capital of India, saw over 1,000 COVID-19 cases since the outbreak.

The COVID-19 situation is “especially serious” in Mumbai, Pune, Indore, Jaipur, Kolkata and a few other places in West Bengal, and violation of lockdown measures risk the spread of the novel coronavirus, the Centre said.

Maharashtra, home to financial centre Mumbai, has the biggest share of India’s caseload of 15,713 infections, including a large number now ripping through its densely-packed slums.

Chief Minister Uddhav Thackeray told a news conference that some activity would be permitted in the least-affected parts of the state while observing a strict lockdown in the red zones that have the maximum number of cases.

“We need to start the economic wheels again. We are giving selective permissions from tomorrow, especially in orange zones and green zones,” he said, referring to areas with lower levels of infection.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi has extended the nationwide lockdown that began late last month until 3 May, but the Union government has allowed states to restart activity amid economic distress in rural areas.

Farming, highway construction and manufacturing will be allowed in hinterland areas not heavily affected by the virus this week, the federal government said.

Thousands of migrant workers fled the big cities for their homes in the countryside, unable to pay for rent or food after the shutdown went into force.

But Delhi’s chief minister, Arvind Kejriwal, said there would be no easing of rules in the capital, which accounts for over a third of cases

Three new coronavirus cases were reported from Madina Nagar, Janata Cooperative Housing Society and Gulmohar chawl of Dharavi. A 60-year-old man, who died at the city’s Sion Hospital, tested positive for the highly infectious illness after his death. The city’s civic body – Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation – is conducting a contact tracing after his death.

The rapid spread of COVID-19 in Dharavi has raised concern among officials.

On Sunday, fire department officials used an advanced mist blowing machine – Protector 600 – to disinfect the locality, news agency ANI reported, adding that the area has also been barricaded to restrict the movement of people and ensure social distancing.

The authorities say isolation and quarantine are working in limiting the spread of COVID-19 in crowded areas.

Last week, at least nine containment zones were identified in the area. Containment zones are spots — a building or a slum pocket – which has to be sealed and sanitized. People are not allowed out of doors and are provided essentials at their doorstep. Police officials guard the area to prevent people from going out.

The lockdown in the state, which has reported the highest number of COVID-19 cases in the country, to control the spread of the virus has been extended till the end of this month, Chief Minister Uddhav Thackeray said last week after a video conference with Prime Minister Narendra Modi. He was one of the 13 chief ministers who attended the video meet.

Of India’s 9,152 cases, Maharashtra has reported 1,985 cases, including 149 deaths. Of these more than 1,000 cases have been reported from Mumbai, a COVID-19 hotspot.
