First corporate developer to build a Grade A Industrial & Logistics Park in Indore

Bangalore, January 24, 2026: TVS Industrial & Logistics Parks (TVS ILP) conducted the Bhoomi Pujan ceremony for its Grade A, built-to-suit industrial and logistics park in Indore, Madhya Pradesh. The facility is expected to commence operations by August 2026.

Developed with an investment of ₹250 crore, the 20-acre state-of-the-art logistics park is designed to cater to the growing demand for high-quality warehousing and industrial infrastructure in the region. The project is expected to generate employment for over 1,000 people in and around Indore, creating meaningful opportunities for the local community. Located in the Pithampur Sector 7 industrial belt, the park sits at the crossroads of central India’s key industrial and consumption corridors, offering clients efficient access to western, northern, and southern India. Pithampur is among the country’s most established industrial clusters and plays a vital role in the region’s manufacturing output, making it a strategic destination for large-scale industrial development.

Additionally, the facility is being developed on land allotted by the Madhya Pradesh Industrial Development Corporation (MPIDC), making it easier for customers to obtain statutory approvals, while ensuring long-term operational continuity and reducing legal and operational risk.

Strategically located just one kilometre from National Highway 47 on the Indore–Ahmedabad corridor and within a 25-kilometre radius of Indore airport, the city centre, and the railway station, the park offers strong multimodal connectivity. The facility will be fully compliant with global standards and is designed to support heavy industrial usage, featuring FM2 flooring, a 13.5-metre-wide apron for efficient truck movement, wide internal roads, comprehensive fire safety systems, and a dedicated 1,000 KVA power infrastructure to ensure uninterrupted operations.

TVS ILP invests ₹250 Cr in Grade-A Industrial & Logistics Park in Visakhapatnam

Bengaluru, 8^th October 2025– TVS Industrial & Logistics Parks (TVS ILP), the first corporate developer in India’s industrial infrastructure sector, has invested approximately ₹250 crore to develop a state-of- the-art Grade-A industrial and logistics park on 17 acres of land in Visakhapatnam. This facility marks another milestone in TVS ILP’s growth journey as it expands its pan-India network of industrial parks with world-class infrastructure.

Strategically located just 21 km from Vizag Airport, 28 km from Vizag Railway Station, and 32 km from Vizag Port, the park also has direct access to the Chennai–Kolkata Highway. The land was allocated through the Andhra Pradesh Industrial Infrastructure Corporation Ltd. (APIIC), which facilitated acquisition and expedited approvals. The park is being developed in multiple phases, with 4 lakh sq. ft. of ready-to-move space already available.

Key features include 12-metre clear height, LED lighting, and solar-powered streetlights with daylight sensors, Advanced fire-fighting systems, Wide internal roads for smooth truck movement, High floor load capacity, Dual flushing systems and low-flow water fixtures, and more.

Sustainability has been prioritized with rainwater harvesting, 100% reuse of treated wastewater, and renewable energy adoption, making the park ESG-compliant and future-ready. Once fully operational, the built-to-suit (BTS) facility is expected to generate over 1,000 jobs, contributing significantly to the local economy.

TVS Logistics Park Raises ₹1,300-cr via Private InvIT

Bengaluru, July 4, 2025: TVS Industrial & Logistics Parks (TVS ILP) has raised over ₹1,300 crore from both global and domestic institutional investors as part of private placement of its warehousing assets-led infrastructure investment trust (InvIT), said people with direct knowledge of the development.

TVS ILP, part of TVS Mobility Group, has built a platform of 20 million sq ft and transferred 11 million sq ft valued at around ₹3,000 crore into the InvIT. The warehousing portfolio spans across key submarkets of Chennai, Pune, Kolkata, Hosur, Kochi and northeastern states. “The private placement was concluded last week and the InvIT will be listed on the National Stock Exchange on July 8,” said one of the persons mentioned above.

The country’s maiden privately-placed warehousing and industrial parks InvIT, NDR InvIT Trust, had raised ₹880 crore in February 2024 and was subsequently listed on the National Stock Exchange.

TVS ILP is a joint venture between TVS Supply Chain Solutions and Ravi Swaminathan & Family. The fundraise comes amid a regulatory push to streamline the transition of privately-placed InvITs into public InvITs.

On Tuesday, the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Sebi) released a draft circular proposing key relaxations to the conversion framework. Sebi has also suggested treating such public issuances as follow-on offers rat-her than initial offers, thereby simplifying disclosure and compliance requirements.
