He noted that Mission Shakti seeks to create long-term social impact by empowering young girls with knowledge, life skills, and self-confidence. The programme was inaugurated on 03 January 2026 at Bhagirathipuram, Tehri, in the presence of Shri Kishore Upadhyay, Hon’ble MLA, Tehri, who attended as the Chief Guest.
