In celebration of Swachhata Pakhwada 2025, REC Limited organized a unique ‘Waste to Wonder’ competition and exhibition at its Corporate Office in Gurugram, showcasing the power of creativity and sustainability. Participants transformed discarded materials into beautiful and functional creations—from bags and stools crafted out of old gunny sacks to innovative cooling devices fashioned from used drums. The event underscored the message that when imagination meets intent, even the most common waste can be transformed into something meaningful. The special waste-to-art exhibition stood as a testament to the potential of reuse and sustainable thinking, turning the office space into a gallery of eco-conscious innovation.

The initiative not only promoted environmental responsibility but also inspired employees and visitors to rethink their relationship with waste, turning discarded items into symbols of progress and pride.
