The award was presented at a ceremony held in Mumbai, in the presence of distinguished leaders from India’s engineering and chemical industries.

Instituted in 1983, the CHEMTECH Leadership & Excellence Awards recognise visionary contributions across engineering, technology, research, and academia. The winners are selected through an evaluation process conducted by an independent jury of eminent industry leaders.
