The agreement was signed by Sanjay Dhar, Executive Director of HR-L&amp;D at MTI, SAIL, and Professor Sumita Rai, Dean of Industry Connect at MDI, Gurgaon, in the presence of K. K. Singh, Director of Personnel, along with other senior executives from both organizations. This strategic partnership focuses on building future-ready leaders within SAIL by merging academic excellence with practical corporate application through customized leadership tracks, strategy and innovation-driven learning interventions, and overseas training modules.</p>

<p>CMD, Directors, CVO, and senior officials expressed deep sorrow and extended condolences to his family. Shri Mehra joined RINL as Director (Operations) in January 1992 and assumed charge as CMD on June 1, 1993. His leadership was instrumental in strengthening the organisation’s operational stability and guiding it towards sustained growth.</p>
