सिनेमा की गंदगी के नालों में बह रही बदबू लगातार नाक पकड़े रहने को मजबूर कर रही है। ड्रग्स व नशे को कारोबार के बाद अब निर्देशक अनुराग कश्यप द्वारा देह शोषण किए जाने का मामला गरम है। यहां किसी अभागी युवती के देह का दोहन मूल विषय नहीं है। मूल विषय है सिनेमावालों के अंत:करण में छिपी बैठी वासना का। वह वासना, जो दमित कल्पनाओं को आकार देने के लिए काम देने के बहाने किसी जरूरतमंद को बिस्तर पर बिछाने के सपने सजाती हैं, और जीवन की खुशियों और तकलीफों को धुंए में उड़ाने को जिंदगी का अनिवार्य अंग मानती है। इसी कामना की कसक में सुशांत सिंह राजपूत कोई दुर्भाग्यवश मरा हुआ पात्र नहीं, बल्कि एक पूरा धारावाहिक कथा बन जाता है। जिसे पूरा देश और दुनिया तीन महीने से लगातार देखते रहने और उसी में उलझे रहने को शापित है।

और अब, दृश्य यह है कि सिनेमा की थाली में छेद करनेवालों और वालियों की सूची लंबी होती जा रही है। रिया चक्रवर्ती का सलाखों का सुख कुछ दिन के लिए और बढ़ गया है, लेकिन अब नशीले संसार के रिश्ते में रिया के दूर के रिश्तेदारों के नाम भी सामने आ रहे हैं। दीपिका पादुकोण, दीया मिर्जा, सारा अली खान, रकुल प्रीत सिंह, श्रद्धा कपूर सहित नम्रता शिरोड़कर आदि उसी सूची का हिस्सा हैं। आज हर तरफ सिर्फ सिनेमा के संसार की चर्चा है, क्योंकि कभी यह नशे के धुंए में धधकता है, तो कभी काम के बदले देह सुख दान करने के किस्से गढ़ता है। अनुराग कश्यप कांड इसी की ताजा तस्वीर है।

यह वक्त मुल्क के मालिकों के लिए यह जागने का है। क्योंकि दीपिका पादुकोण की ड्रग्स मांगने की बातचीत रिकॉर्ड पर आने, रिया चक्रवर्ती के सलाखों में समा जाने और अनुराग कश्यप द्वारा पायल घोष के देह शोषण की बातें सारे संसार के सामने सार्वजनिक हो जाने के बाद भी जिन लोगों को लगता है कि जया बच्चन वाली बॉलीवुड की थाली में गंदगी नहीं है, तो उनका भगवान ही मालिक है। जब संसद में रवि किशन नामक एक सधा हुआ अभिनेता सांसद पुकार करे कि सिनेमा के संसार में फैल रही गंदगी की सफाई जरूरी है, प्रख्यात अभिनेत्री रूपा गांगुली जैसी प्रतिष्ठित महिला सांसद हाथ में प्लेकार्ड लहराकर धरने पर बैठी यह मांग करे कि सिनेमा जगत में महिलाओं के अपमान करनेवालों पर कारवाई हो, सड़क पर जयाप्रदा नाम लब्ध प्रतिष्ठित अभिनेत्री और पूर्व सांसद सिनेमा जगत की सच्चाई का साफ साफ बयान करे, और शेखर सुमन, कंगना रणौत, आदि को यह कहना पड़े कि बॉलीवुड गटर है, तो फिर स्वरा भास्करों और तापसी पन्नुओं के अनुराग कश्यपों के बयानों और जया बच्चन के संसद में सिनेमा को दिए चरित्र प्रमाण पत्र की कोई बहुत वखत नहीं रह जाती।

समस्या यही है कि सिनेमा के संसार में काम के बदले देह दान को सरकारी योजना ‘काम के बदले अनाज’ की तरह बहुत सरलता से स्वीकार कर लिया गया है। सरोज खान जैसी जानी मानी नृत्य निर्देशक ने स्वर्ग सिधारने से पहले सांगली में कहा था कि काम के बदले देह शोषण कोई नई बात नहीं है। यह तो सदियों से चला आ रहा है। फिल्म इंडस्ट्री में दुष्कर्म के बाद लड़कियों को छोड़ नहीं दिया जाता, बल्कि उन्हें काम मिलता है और रोजी-रोटी भी मिलती है। सरोज खान के इतना साफ साफ कहने के बावजूद सिनेमा जगत के कुछ लोग उछल उछल कर कह रहे हैं कि बॉलीवुड की थाली गंदी नहीं है। तो, उनकी बेटी भी कल अगर अब किसी संयोगवश सिनेमा में आगे बढ़ने आ गई, तो यही थाली उन्हें भी विरासत में मिलने वाली है। फिर उस वक्त चाहे वे कितने भी ताकतवर क्यों न हो, इस थाली को साफ करने के लिए वे ऐसे कोई सात्विक और सार्थक प्रयास नहीं कर पाएंगे, जिन्हें करने से वे अपने आप को दूसरों के पाप के प्रपंच से निष्कलंक निकाल सकें।

सरोज खान को मरणोपरांत भी आप गलत मानने के लिए स्वतंत्र हैं। लेकिन पायल घोष से पहले कंगना रणौत, टिस्का चौपड़ा, राधिका आप्टे, कल्कि केचलिन, शर्लिन चोपड़ा, स्वरा भास्कर और प्रीति जैन जैसी कई अभिनेत्रियां तो जिंदा हैं, जिन्होंने सिनेमावालों को देह मांगने के मामले में सवालों के घेरे में खड़ा किया है। कंगना ने तो इस मामले को पूरे दबंग अंदाज में उठाया है। रुपा गांगुली संसद परिसर में इसीलिए धरने पर बैठ गई। रवि किशन ने भी सिनेमा में लड़कियों के शोषण का मामला उठाया। मनोज तिवारी भी खुलकर इस मुद्दे पर बोले। लेकिन जया बच्चन के पास इन दिनों फिल्में नहीं है और जाहिर है, उनकी सिनेमा से जुड़ाव की लोकप्रियता खतरे में है। जिससे उबरने के लिए उनके मीडिया मैनेजरों ने माया रची, तो वे खबरों में आ गईं, माहौल में भी छा गईं। लेकिन गलत लोगों का साथ दे रही थीं, इसीलिए, अभिनेता से नेता बनने वाले रवि किशन को अभी सांसद बने सोलह महीने भी नहीं बीते है। लेकिन सिर्फ सोलह शब्दों में ही वे सोलह साल से संसद में बैठी जया बच्चन पर इसलिए बहुत भारी साबित हुए। लेकिन जहां तक साबित होने का मामला है, तो सिनेमा के संसार की सड़ांध सो सराबोर कई चेहरों को निष्कलंक साबित होना बाकी है। सो, देखते रहिए टीवी, क्योंकि सिनेमा की थाली को गंदा करनेवाले कई सुनहरे चेहरे तो अभी और भी बहुत बचे हुए हैं। (प्राइम टाइम)

In the widening drugs probe by the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB), IndiaTV sources have confirmed that the name ‘D’ that surfaced in drugs chat is Deepika Padukone. It is said that the actress asked for ‘hash, not weed’ in chat with ‘K’. Both names – D and K surfaced in the whatsapp drugs chat. Earlier, Shraddha Kapoor’s name also surfaced in the drugs chat. Besides Deepika Padukone, 90’s actress Namrata Shirodkar has also been named in the drugs chat.

The chats accessed are from October 2017 and show Deepika asking for “maal” from ‘K’ who replies that she has it, but at home. Further ‘K’ says that she can ask ‘Amit’ if she wants it, as “he is carrying”. Deepika also then clarifies that she needs “Hash” and not “weed” as the two discuss logistics.

Deepika Padukone’s manager Karishma Prakash has been summoned by NCB for questioning tomorrow. Karishma Prakash is Jaya Saha’s assistant, who also manages also Deepika Padukone. Jaya Saha’s name surfaced in Rhea Chakraborty’s interrogation in connection with Sushant Singh Rajput’s death.

However, she insists that she is never the one to start a fight. In a tweet shared on late Thursday night, Kangana said she would quit Twitter if proven wrong.

बॉलीवुड ड्रग रैकेट को खत्म करने की रवि किशन की मांग पर जया बच्चन ने मंगलवार को संसद में कहा कि ‘जिस थाली में खाते हैं, उसी में छेद करते हैं।’ इसपर सबसे तीखा हमला कंगना रनौत ने बोला है। कंगना ने ट्वीट कर पूछा कि आखिर जया बच्चन और उनकी इंडस्ट्री ने कौन सी थाली दी है?

कंगना रनौत ने इसके पहले भी जया बच्चन पर तंज कसते हुए कहा कि जया जी क्या आप तब भी यही कहती अगर मेरी जगह आपकी बेटी श्वेता को टीनएज में पीटा जाता, नशा कराया जाता या उसके साथ छेड़छाड़ की जाती। क्या आप तब भी यही बात कहती अगर अभिषेक लगातार परेशान किए जाने और उत्पीड़न की शिकायत करते और एक दिन फांसी पर लटका हुए पाए जाते? हमारे लिए भी थोड़ी करुणा दिखाइए।

The Byculla jail is the only prison for women inmates in Mumbai and currently has high-profile inmates including Sheena Bora murder accused Indrani Mukerjee.

Rhea Chakraborty has been charged with organizing drugs for her boyfriend Sushant Singh Rajput, a Bollywood star whose shock death on June 14 is being investigated by the CBI. There is no mention in the court papers of her using drugs.

She faces charges that could lead to up to 10 years in jail.

Rhea Chakraborty and her brother Showik Chakraborty are accused of arranging drugs with help from Sushant Singh Rajput’s employees Samuel Miranda and Dipesh Sawant, who were allegedly in touch with drug dealers.

The Narcotics Control Bureau arrested Rhea Chakraborty after three days of questioning and said in its court documents that she was “an active member of the drug syndicate connected with drug supplies” and knew of “every delivery and payment”

The Narcotics Control Bureau started its inquiries based on WhatsApp chats retrieved from Rhea Chakraborty’s phone, which revealed alleged conversations around procuring drugs.

Sources said on her second day of questioning yesterday, Rhea Chakraborty made an emotional declaration according to sources, telling the Narcotics Control Bureau – “Whatever I did, I did for Sushant”. Sources said the actor had then denied using drugs but had been evasive on certain questions.

Now, the case has been transferred to the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) as per the orders by the Supreme Court, according to the Mumbai Police on Tuesday.

Chakraborty was on Sunday questioned on the medical treatment and medicines administered to Sushant Singh Rajput and mention of drugs in her chats. The Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) team has been questioning Rhea daily since the last three days as her answers “have not been satisfactory”.

According to the CBI officials, Rhea, accompanied by brother Showik, arrived at the DRDO guest house around 10.15 a.m. on Sunday and left at 7 p.m. A CBI source said that the agency questioned her again about the expenses made by her from Sushant’s credit card and his medical treatment.

The source said that the CBI team was keen on getting more details on the treatment of Sushant, what medicines were being administered to him, and since how long he was getting treatment. The source said that when the questions about the medical treatment and medicines were asked, Rhea was “evasive”. She was also not “comfortable” when asked about the problems of Sushant and why she was talking about drugs in her chats, according to the source.

The source said that she was also questioned about the reasons for replacing the personal staff at Sushant’s residence and reportedly keeping the late actor away from his family.

The CBI team also grilled her about the financial transactions and plans of investments. The CBI team was not satisfied with Rhea’s responses and plans to summon her again. Till date, the CBI has questioned Rhea for over 25 hours. She was questioned for over 10 hours on Friday and seven hours on Saturday.

The CBI also grilled her brother separately on Friday and Saturday besides questioning Sushant’s personal staff Neeraj Singh, and Dipesh Sawant, flatmate Siddharth Pithani and others.

The CBI team had arrived in Mumbai along with the forensic team last Thursday, a day after the Supreme Court gave the nod for a probe by the federal agency, and was exempted from mandatory quarantine by the BMC.

The CBI team has till date twice visited the Cooper Hospital, Sushant’s Bandra flat and Waterstone resort. The team has also collected all the documents from the Mumbai Police related to the case.

सुशांत की बहन कीर्ति सिंह ने जवाब देते हुए कहा कि काश रिया अगर सुशांत सिंह की जिंदगी में नहीं आयी होती तो शायद भाई की जान बच जाती . उधर रिया ने न्यूज चैनल को दिये इंटरव्यू में कहा था कि वो 8 जून को ही सुशांत का घर छोडकर चली गयी थी और 14 जून को सुशांत की मौत के दिन तक इन दिनो में उनकी बहन ही सुशांत की देखभाल कर रही थी .

श्वेता सिंह ने एक साथ कई ट्वीट करते हुए कहा कि ‘सुशांत का परिवार हमेशा उनके साथ मजबूती के साथ खड़ा था.’ उन्होंने #Godiswithus #JusticeForSushantSinghRajput और #ArrestRheaNow जैसे हैशटैग इस्तेमाल करते हुए कहा कि रिया की हिम्मत है कि वो ‘मीडिया के सामने आकर उनके भाई के खिलाफ ऐसी बातें कर रही हैं.’

श्वेता सिंह ने आरोप लगाए कि रिया चक्रवर्ती ने मीडिया का इस्तेमाल करके और उनपर ड्रग्स के इस्तेमाल का आरोप लगाकर उनके भाई की इमेज खराब करने की कोशिश की है. उन्होंने रिया पर सुशांत को ‘ड्रग देने, बंद रखने और दूसरों से अलग-थलग’ कर देने के आरोप फिर दोहराए. उन्होंने यह भी आरोप लगाया कि रिया ने सुशांत सिंह को चंडीगढ़ में अपने परिवार के साथ ज्यादा वक्त बिताने से रोका था और वापस मुंबई जाने पर मजबूर किया था.

श्वेता सिंह ने लिखा, ‘जनवरी में भाई ने रानी दी से मदद मांगी थी. उसे ड्रग दिया गया था और वो अकेला था. इसके कुछ वक्त बाद ही वो चंडीगढ़ आया था, जहां रिया ने उन्हें दो-तीन दिनों के भीतर 25 कॉल किए. उसे बुलाने की ऐसी भी क्या जल्दी थी?’ उन्होंने दावा किया कि वो सुशांत की सेहत की बात सुनकर अमेरिका से भारत आईं लेकिन रिया की कॉल बार-बार आने के चलते सुशांत पहले ही मुंबई जा चुके थे.

उन्होंने कहा कि ‘मैं सोचती हूं कि काश भाई उस लड़की से कभी मिला ही नहीं होता. किसी को उसकी बिना सहमति के ड्रग देना और फिर उसे बताना कि वो मानसिक रूप से ठीक नहीं है और फिर उसे साइकाइट्रिस्ट के पास ले जाना…ये कैसा मैनिपुलेशन है?’

रिया: ये यही बचा था ना अब मेरे ऊपर डालने के लिए, कि इस लड़की को इतना क्रूसिफाई कर दो. मैं तो बोलती हूं एक बंदूक ले आओ, मेरी फैमिली लाइन से खड़ी हो जाएगी. गोली मारकर उड़ा दो हमें. नहीं तो हम ही सुसाइड कर लेते हैं फिर कौन जिम्मेदार होगा. मैं इन सभी आरोपों को नकारती हूं. ये बेबुनियाद हैं. मैं इनके डीटेल्स में सिर्फ एक वजह से नहीं जाना चाहूंगी कि ये मेरे आगे के इंवेस्टिगेशन को तंग कर सकता है.

राजदीप: क्या आप मुझे कह रही हैं कि आपने पिछले कुछ महीनों में सुसाइड का सोचा.

रिया: जरूर.

राजदीप: आपने सोचा है कि शायद मुझे आत्महत्या करनी चाहिए. आप ये कह रही हैं मुझे आज.

रिया: जी. शायद मुझे या मेरे पूरे परिवार को कर लेनी चाहिए. या फिर कोई हमें गोली मार दे. ऐसे घुट-घुटकर जीने से इस तरह की बेइज्जती, हम लोग मिडिल क्लास लोग हैं इज्जत नहीं है तो कुछ नहीं है. आज मैं ड्रग डीलर हूं, कल मैं मर्डरर थी फिर और कुछ और.. ये एंडलेस और बेसलेस है. इसलिए मैंने अब तक बात नहीं की, क्योंकि कहने का क्या मतलब है जब सब लोग अपनी मनगढंत कहानियां बना रहे हैं बिना किसी प्रूफ के. अंकिता लोखंडे जैसे लोग आपको ये सहानूभुति नहीं होगी कि मुझे दर्द हुआ होगा. आप मनगढ़ंत कहानियां बना रही हैं. आपने 4 साल से बात नहीं की है. अब मैं इतने सारे लोगों से कैसे लड़ूं.

Meanwhile The Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) on Wednesday filed a criminal case against Rhea Chakraborty and others to probe their alleged dealings in banned drugs, an instance emerging from an investigation being conducted into the death of actor Sushant Singh Rajput, officials said.

They said Sections 20, 22, 27 and 29 of the NDPS have been pressed in the complaint filed by the federal anti-drugs agency on an official reference received from the Enforcement Directorate (ED).

These sections under the NDPS pertain to punishment for contravention in relation to cannabis plant and cannabis (20), punishment for contravention in relation to psychotropic substances (22), punishment for consumption of any narcotic drug or psychotropic substance (27) and punishment for abetment and criminal conspiracy (29).
