SPANDAN is part of a Monthly Wellness Hour initiative that encourages GAIL employees, known as GAILians, to prioritize their physical, emotional, and mental well-being. Launched  by Shri Sandeep Kumar Gupta, CMD of GAIL, the initiative invites employees across all site offices to engage wholeheartedly and reap the benefits of wellness activities designed specifically for them.
