The event kicked off with a captivating Sound Healing session featuring Tibetan Singing Bowls and crystal energy, which immersed participants in a deep state of tranquility. Guided meditation and breathwork sessions followed, providing an ideal mix of relaxation and rejuvenation. SPANDAN 2.0 is designed to set the stage for a healthier and happier workforce.

SPANDAN is part of a Monthly Wellness Hour initiative that encourages GAIL employees, known as GAILians, to prioritize their physical, emotional, and mental well-being. Launched  by Shri Sandeep Kumar Gupta, CMD of GAIL, the initiative invites employees across all site offices to engage wholeheartedly and reap the benefits of wellness activities designed specifically for them.
