THDCIL HRD Centre Recognized as ‘Centre of Excellence’ by SHRM India

Rishikesh, 11 July 2025: THDC India Limited (THDCIL), a leading PSU in the power sector, has achieved a prestigious milestone with its Human Resource Development Centre in Rishikesh being awarded the ‘Centre of Excellence’ certification by the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) India. This recognition places THDCIL’s HRD Centre alongside elite training institutions in the public sector such as IOCL and HPCL, marking its emergence as a national benchmark in employee learning and development.

Congratulating the HR team, Shri R. K. Vishnoi, Chairman and Managing Director, THDCIL, said, “This recognition is a testament to our commitment to nurturing talent and promoting a high-performance culture. Our HRD Centre continues to be a hub of knowledge and transformation, aligned with our vision of building future-ready professionals.” He added, “Being certified under the SHRM-PSE Benchmarking initiative is a proud moment for THDCIL.
