This was stated by Minister of State for Civil Aviation, Murlidhar Mohol in a written reply in Rajya Sabha today. The Minister said, the central government has accorded In-Principle approval for setting up 21 new Greenfield airports across the country. Out of these, 12 Greenfield airports were operationalised in the last 10 years.
