His academic credentials include a B.E. in Mechanical Engineering, an M.Tech in Power Engineering from IIT Delhi, and management training from IIM Bangalore and Silicon Valley, USA.

With a strong blend of technical expertise and strategic vision, Shri Sehgal is well-positioned to guide PVUNL through its crucial phases of development. His leadership is anticipated to enhance project execution, bolster Jharkhand’s energy infrastructure, and ensure the timely completion of the ambitious 3×800 MW thermal power project.
