सचिन की वापसी का सबसे बड़ा कारण यही कि सचिन राजनीती में अभी पके नहीं है . महारानी वसुंधरा के बारे में सचिन का अनुमान गलत निकला . सचिन को लगा था कि दिलली से आदेश आयेगा तो महारानी भी सचिन को अपना नेता मान लेगी .लेकिन अब भी राजस्थान में बीजेपी के 48 विधायक महारानी के साथ है ऐसे में दिल्ली आलाकमान ने भी महारानी पर जोर नहीं डाला . वसुंधरा ने साफ कर दिया था कि इस समय सचिन को लेकर भी बीजेपी की सरकार नहीं बन पायेगी ..वैसे भी वसुंधरा अपने बेटे को बढायेगी सचिन को क्यों. महारानी के इंकार करते ही बीजेपी ने हाथ पीछे खींच लिये तो सचिन लौट के बुदधू घर को आये हो
गये .

पार्टी से बढे मानने लगे थे खुद को  सचिन की एक बडी गलती ये हो गयी कि वो कांग्रेस से भी बड़ा नेता खुद को मानने लगे थे . वो संगठन महासचिव अविनाश पांडे के खिलाफ शुरु से ही बोलने लगे .यहां तक कि जब चुनाव के बाद सरकार आयी तो सचिन ने पांडे को दरकिनार कर राहुल की दम पर खुद को सीएम समझना शुरु कर दिया . पुराने खिलाडी पांडे ने अशोक गहलोत के साथ मिलकर ऐसा दांव चला कि सचिन को पता नहीं ही चला यहां तक कि राहुल के साथ सचिन के रिशते भी सचिन के बहुत काम नहीं आ सके.

अब क्या होगा सचिन का  सचिन अब राजस्थान कांग्रेस में बागी हो गये हैं. गहलोत धीरे धीरे उनके सारे विधायकों को तोड लेगें और सचिन की तरफ से सावधान रहेंगें .राजस्थानी में कहते है जो एक बार तलवार उठाकर वापस ले ले उससे कोई नहीं डरता सचिन का भी यही होगा . अब विधायक भी उनकी बात पर बगावत नहीं करेगें क्योंकि कोई भी नहीं मानेगा की सचिन वापस नहीं आयेंगे , अब सचिन को फिलहाल कई दिन चुपचाप निकालने होगे और गलत का पश्चाताप ही करना होगा .

Information on empty, booked and partially booked births
Union Railway Minister Piyush Goyal has informed by tweeting that passengers can now get information about empty, booked and partially booked berths through the reservation chart. For this, passengers have to download the IRCTC app in their mobile phones. With its help, the availability of online seats can now be seen. Passengers will be able to buy available tickets even after preparation of chart.

This is how you will get the facility
According to the railway official, the reservation chart will appear four hours before the train opens. Under the new service, now in the railway app, you can see the availability of online seats even half an hour before the train departure. The new feature will be available on both web and mobile versions of IRCTC’s e-ticket booking platform. In the new interface, the layout of all the nine categories used in the reserved train of Indian Railways will be seen.

Sc tell that it is necessary to have a floor test to avoid horse trading, the apex court on Tuesday also asked Maharashtra Governor Bhagat Singh Koshyari to appoint a pro-tem speaker and ensure that all elected members of the House are sworn in on Wednesday itself.

The entire exercise will be telecast live and has to be completed by 5 pm, said a bench comprising Justices N V Ramana, Ashok Bhushan and Sanjiv Khanna.

“In the present case, oath has not been administered to the newly elected MLAs…In the present scenario to avoid horse trading it is necessary to have a floor test to determine the majority in the house,” the bench said.

“We are of the considered opinion that the governor should ensure a floor test,” it said.

The apex court concluded the brief proceeding by saying that replies to the main petition filed by the Shiv Sena-NCP-Congress combine against the governor’s decision to swear Fadnavis as chief minister will be done in eight weeks.

The court said it was necessary to pass an interim order for a floor test to uphold democratic values and the citizens’ rights to good governance.

It was imperative for the court to be cognisant of the prevailing circumstances, the bench added.

अकेले मुंबई में आपसी झगडे का फायदा कांग्रेस को मिल सकता है. जैसे वर्सोवा सीट पर भाजपा की टिकट पर लड रही भारती लव्हेकर को भाजपा के नेताओं ने तो छोड ही दिया है खुद भाजपा के मोहित कंबोज और संजय पांडे ही उनको निपटा रहे है .इसके अलावा शिवसेना के एक बागी मैदान में है और शिवसेना के पार्षद भी काम नही कर रहे . ये सीट गलती से कांग्रेस के बलदेव खोसा के नाम लग सकती है . बशर्ते प्रिया दत्त उनके लिए प्रचार करें.

बांद्रा ईस्ट में भी शिवसेना का आपसी झगडा बढ गया है .यहां पर पुराने दिवंगत शिवसैनिक बाला सावंत की पत्नी तृप्ति सावंत की टिकट काटकर मेयर महाडेश्वर को दे दी गयी है. अब तृप्ति भी मैदान में हैं . इस सीट पर कांग्रेस ने बाबा सिददीकी के बेटे जीशान को टिकट दी है . जीशान दो की लडाई में जीत सकते हैं.

भाजपा का आपसी झगडा सायन कोलीवाडा में भी दिख रहा है . वहां कैप्टन तमिल सेल्वन के खिलाफ भाजपा के ही प्रसाद लाड लग गये हैं . वो अपनी पत्नी के लिए आगे की राह खोलना चाहते हैं. ऐसे में फायदा कांग्रेस के गणेश यादव को मिल रहा है . गणेश चुनाव भी जीत सकते हैं.

अंधेरी ईस्ट में भी आपसी झगडे के चलते कांग्रेस के अशोक जाधव को बडा फायदा होते दिख रहा है . यहां शिवसेना के लोग साथ नही दे रहे हैं. इसके अलावा फायदा कांग्रेस के मालाड से विधायक असलम शेख को भी मिल रहा है . जहां बीजेपी ने रमेश ठाकुर को टिकट दिया है लेकिन शिवसेना ये सीट चाह रही थी इसलिए अब शिवसेना वहां बीजेपी का साथ नही दे रही .

मीरा भायंदर में बीजेपी मे बागी हो गयी गीता जैन का फायदा सीधे कांग्रेस के उम्मीदवार मुजफ्फर हुसैन को मिलता दिख रहा है. अभी के अनुमान के अनुसार करीब तीन लाख तक वहां वोटिंग होती है जिसमें अगर गीता जैन करीब 70 हजार वोट ले गये तो बीजेपी के विधायक नरेंद्र मेहता हार सकते हैं.

शिवसेना बीजेपी का झगडा कोलाबा सीट पर भी दिख रहा है . शिवसेना हर हाल में ये सीट चाह रही थी लेकिन बीजेपी ने नही दी और टिकट एनसीपी से आये राहुल नार्वेकर को दे दी . राहुल मनसे मे भी रहे इसलिए उनकी शिवसेना से नही बनती .इसका फायदा कांग्रेस के अशोक भाई जगताप को मिल रहा है.

इसके अलावा मुंबादेवी में भाजपा के राजपुरोहित की टिकट कटने से राजस्थानी समाज नाराज है जिसका नुकसान भाजपा को होगा.इतना ही नहीं पीएमसी बैंक घोटाले से करीब 7 लाख मतदाता चार विधानसभाओ में प्रभावित हुए है .ये कांग्रेस को वोट भले नही दे लेकिन बीजेपी को भी वोट देने से बच रहे है. कम वोटिंग में समीकरण बदल सकते हैं. सायन कोलीवाडा .अंधेरी पूर्व . कुर्ला . घाटकोपर और मुलुंड में इसका असर दिख सकता है.

मुलुंड सीट पर छह बार विधायक रहे सरदार तारा सिंह को टिकट नही दी गयी जिससे भाजपा की अंदरुनी लडाई सतह पर आ गयी है इसी तरह पूर्व मंत्री प्रकाश मेहता नही चाहते कि घाटकोपर से उनकी सीट पर कोई और जीतकर जाये .

अब शुक्रवार को मुंबई में उदधव ठाकरे और पीएम मोदी की संयुक्त रैली करके मैसेज देने की कोशिश हो रही है लेकिन कहीं देर ना हो जाये . क्योकि कार्यकर्ती दोनों के आपस में अदावत से आगे दुशमनी तक जा रहे हैं.
