Atul Sobti, Director General of SCOPE, addressed participants at the recently organized Academy of Public Sector Enterprises Executive Development Program held at the APSE Centre in SCOPE Minar. Speaking to a vibrant cohort of around 50 dynamic junior and mid-level managers representing nearly 20 diverse Central Public Sector Enterprises, Shri Sobti emphasized that human capital remains the ultimate catalyst for organizational growth. He noted that equipping the workforce with a strategic mindset and future-ready competencies is a core imperative as public sector enterprises navigate an increasingly competitive and complex global economic landscape.
