]]> Steel Authority of India Limited (SAIL) and Indian Oil Corporation Limited (IOCL) have signed a Memorandum of Agreement (MoA) to jointly develop a new fluid designed to reduce moisture content in coke, a critical component in steel production. The MoA was signed by Sandip Kumar Kar, Executive Director (RDCIS), SAIL, and R Udaya Kumar, Executive Director (Lubes), IOCL, in the presence of Birendra Kumar Tiwari, Director-in-Charge (BSL), along with senior officials from both organizations.
