Shri Sinha encouraged the young professionals to embrace the 3Cs – Conviction, Confidence and Commitment in every responsibility they undertake. He advised them to approach assignments with ownership and a clear sense of purpose, while keeping the organisation’s larger interest above individual considerations.

He also stressed the need for trainees to develop a holistic understanding of the business and remain conscious of the value their decisions create for the company.
