India, 2nd April 2025: In a groundbreaking move to transform healthcare accessibility, RED Health, Asia’s only JCI-accredited and India’s largest emergency medical response provider has launched FLASH, a cutting-edge health commerce app now operational in Hyderabad. Built to provide rapid, high-quality medical services beyond emergency response, FLASH is set to revolutionize how people access everyday healthcare, delivering expert care at the touch of a button.

Designed to bridge critical gaps in healthcare accessibility, FLASH integrates real-time tracking, intelligent routing, and strategic resource allocation to ensure that expert care reaches faster than ever. The app guarantees an ambulance arrival in under eight minutes and provides rapid health checkups, IV medication, vaccinations, and specialized care services, including wound care and post-surgical support, directly to patients’ doorsteps.

Built on a pioneering Q-commerce healthcare model, FLASH is redefining on-demand medical care by transforming ambulances into mobile health hubs, similar to dark stores in quick commerce. Unlike traditional health-tech services that only cater to scheduled appointments, FLASH enables real-time access to over 40 critical health interventions, from IV therapy and wound care to post-surgical support, all delivered in under 8 minutes. Leveraging AI-driven analytics, real-time tracking, and intelligent routing combined with strategic partnerships with hospitals and healthcare professionals, FLASH ensures expert medical care reaches patients faster than ever, bridging critical gaps in both emergency response and routine healthcare access.

Speaking about the launch, Prabhdeep Singh, CEO & Founder of Red Health said, “FLASH isn’t just a service, it’s a revolution! For too long, people have been forced to wait, whether in an emergency or for routine healthcare. We’re here to change that. We’re creating a system where fast, high-quality healthcare isn’t just a hope. It’s the standard we’re committed to delivering. With FLASH, we are eliminating the frustration of delays and making expert medical assistance available at the speed of need. This is a big step forward, and we’re excited to make it happen. At RED Health, it’s all about transforming access to healthcare, ensuring that no one is left waiting when every second counts.”

Flagging off in Hyderabad, FLASH is all set to cement a new benchmark for instant healthcare access. With a strong focus on seamless service delivery, we are rapidly scaling operations and plan to expand into major cities like Bangalore, Mumbai, and Delhi in the near future.

The large-scale initiative focused on equipping Cult.fit trainers, support staff, and employees with critical First Aid, CPR, Basic Life Support (BLS), and Basic Fire Safety skills

India, March 19, 2025: In a landmark initiative to enhance emergency preparedness in fitness spaces, RedVersity, the training and education arm of Red Health, successfully partnered with Cult.fit to equip its employees with hands-on training in CPR, first aid, and emergency response protocols. On 12th February, 611 employees across 12 centers were trained to respond effectively to medical emergencies and fire hazards, reinforcing the commitment of both organizations to workplace safety and public well-being.

Fitness centers are high-energy environments where immediate response to emergencies can be critical. Through this large-scale training program, Cult.fit’s trainers, support staff, and employees gained practical knowledge in Basic Life Support (BLS), first aid essentials, and fire safety measures. Conducted by expert trainers from RedVersity, the hands-on sessions included real-life simulations, interactive demonstrations, and skill assessments, ensuring that participants are well-equipped to handle critical situations with confidence.

Highlighting the significance of this initiative, Prabhdeep Singh, Founder & CEO of Red Health, said, “Emergencies don’t come with a warning, and in those critical moments, immediate action can save lives. Through RedVersity, we are committed to empowering individuals with the right skills to respond effectively. Training over 600 Cult.fit employees in a single day aligns with the growing awareness and need for emergency preparedness in India. Our collaboration with Cult.fit is a step towards making life-saving knowledge a fundamental skill for every individual.”

Emphasizing the impact of the initiative, the spokesperson of Cult.fit said, “The safety of our members forms the foundation of everything we do at Cult.fit. With our centers serving numerous clients throughout the day, from personal training sessions to group classes, ensuring security in these close-contact environments is paramount. Through RedVersity training, we’ve significantly enhanced our emergency response capabilities. Our team now stands ready to handle critical situations with confidence and expertise, reinforcing our commitment to creating secure fitness environments across India.”

Through RedVersity’s expertise, this initiative marks a pivotal step toward integrating emergency preparedness into fitness and corporate environments. As more organizations recognize the value of life-saving training, the ripple effect of such programs extends beyond workplaces, ensuring safer homes, communities, and public spaces.

Rural patients endure 30-minute ambulance waits, urging faster emergency services

India – October, 2024 – In a nation where nearly 80% of patients fail to receive timely medical attention during emergencies, RED Health is taking decisive action to bridge the gap in critical care delivery across India. Recent research underscores the importance of the “Golden Hour”, the crucial window in which rapid medical intervention can significantly reduce mortality rates from trauma, cardiac events, and strokes.

India’s road traffic fatality rate stands at a staggering 18.9 per 100,000 populations, far exceeding the global average. This alarming statistic highlights an urgent need for effective emergency medical services, as many fatalities are linked to delays in receiving immediate care. RED Health is committed to transforming these outcomes by providing swift, reliable emergency medical services that prioritize rapid response and patient stabilization.

Studies reveal that ambulance response times are notably longer in rural areas, with some patients enduring up to 30-minute waits for assistance delays that can be life-threatening for conditions needing immediate treatment. RED Health’s innovative approach to emergency medical services aims to reduce these critical time gaps, ensuring that every patient receives the urgent care they need regardless of location.

Prabhdeep Singh, Founder & CEO, RED Health, stated, “Our mission at RED Health is to fundamentally transform the landscape of emergency medical services in India. We are committed to redefining what it means to respond swiftly and effectively in life-threatening situations. Every second is crucial when an emergency strikes, and our team is unyieldingly focused on not only saving lives but also enhancing the overall health outcomes for our patients. By integrating advanced care with rapid response, we strive to set new standards in emergency medical services, ensuring that quality healthcare is accessible to those who need it most.”

Dr. Tausif Thangalvadi, Vice President (VP), Operations, Red Health, Hyderabad, stated, “The success of operations that involve rapid intervention highlights a critical truth, these services are not just beneficial, they are essential. In a country where timely medical intervention can significantly alter the course of a patient’s survival and recovery, expanding these services is imperative. By broadening the reach and capacity of such life-saving interventions, we can profoundly impact the national healthcare system, ultimately saving more lives and enhancing the quality of care across the board. This expansion represents a pivotal step towards a more resilient and responsive healthcare infrastructure.”

RED Health is Asia’s first JCI accredited medical transport company and a leader in emergency medical services in India. With a fleet of over 5,000 ambulances and operations spanning more than 20 cities, RED Health is committed to improving healthcare accessibility and providing rapid, life-saving medical care.
