Mumbai, December 4, 2025: Red Bull Solo Legends, India’s largest-ever solo Battlegrounds Mobile India (BGMI) tournament, concluded in spectacular fashion as Harsh Malik aka Spraygod secured the championship title at a historic LAN finale hosted at the iconic Royal Opera House, Mumbai. This marked the first time the century-old cultural landmark opened its doors to an esports event, drawing a full-house audience and surpassed 811,000 online viewers across multiple livestreams on YouTube. 

The National Finals brought together 64 of India’s strongest solo BGMI competitors, including 32 regional qualifiers, 24 invited pros, and 8 surprise Chaos Agents. The invited pros featured some of the country’s most prominent esports athletes, including Jonathan Amaral (Jonathan Gaming), Tanishk Singh (Admino), Rudra B (Spower), Sahil Jakhar (Omega), Sohail Shaikh (Hector), and many others. To further heighten unpredictability and challenge even the most seasoned contenders, eight Chaos Agents were introduced. These included Aman Jain (Aman), Chetan Chandgude (Kronten), Deepanshi Rawat (Dobby), Mahek Syed (Mizo), Nishaant Williams (Willy), Rishabh Verma (Antaryami), Gulrez Khan (Joker Ki Haveli), and Yash Soni (Viper). Their presence added strategic disruption, turning the finale into one of the most gripping solo BGMI showdowns witnessed in India. 

The scoring system rewarded both placement and eliminations, offering 20 points for first place, 16 for second, 13 for third, 11 for fourth, 10 for fifth and so on, with one point awarded per finish and two points for eliminating a Chaos Agent. Across three high-pressure matches, it was Spraygod whose consistency, game sense, and clutch decision-making stood out.  With a total of 39 points, including 12 finishes, the 22-year-old claimed the title of India’s first Red Bull Solo Legend along with an international Red Bull Racing experience. Amaan Shaikh (Skipz) and Mohammad Raja (Manya) finished second with 30 points each, while Saumya Raj (Saumraj) and Meghraj Jaat (Godz) secured third place with 27 points apiece. This victory cements Spraygod’s stature as one of the country’s most skilled solo BGMI contenders and highlights the growing importance of individual-focused esports formats in India.

Red Bull Solo Legends saw over 10,000 solo BGMI players from across India take part in a multi-stage competition designed to test their instincts, consistency, and individual skill. The journey began with online regional qualifiers from 5 to 16 November, followed by regional finals from 20 to 23 November where the top 60 players in each zone played six matches to determine the top eight from every region who advanced to the National Finals. 

The tournament stood out for its pure solo format, emphasizing individual decision-making, mechanics, and mental resilience. With no teammates to rely on, every fight and rotation rested solely on the player. By hosting the finale at one of the country’s most iconic venues, Red Bull Solo Legends set a new standard for solo BGMI competition and esports in India and highlighted gaming’s growing influence on modern culture.
