The Westin Pushkar Resort & Spa has announced the appointment of Rajat Sharma as its new General Manager. With over two decades of experience across leading luxury hospitality brands, Rajat brings extensive expertise spanning hotel operations, sales and marketing, business development and strategic alliances to his new role.

Prior to joining The Westin Pushkar Resort & Spa, Rajat served as General Manager at Lebua Udaipur, and Executive Assistant Manager at The Leela Bhartiya City.

A graduate of the Institute of Hotel Management Catering Technology and Applied Nutrition (IHMCTAN), Mumbai, Rajat holds a Bachelor of Hospitality and Hotel Administration. Known for his people-centric approach, he places importance on building meaningful connections and understanding the unique needs of guests and partners to create personalised and memorable interactions. In his new role at The Westin Pushkar Resort & Spa, Rajat will lead the resort’s overall operations and strategic direction, bringing together his extensive experience in luxury hospitality, commercial strategy, guest engagement and team leadership.
