The company has also declared its maiden dividend, paying Rs 51.70 crore to NTPC Ltd. and Rs 18.17 crore to JBVNL.

PVUNL’s Patratu STPP, which commenced commercial operation on November 5, 2025, achieved a 73.1% Plant Load Factor (PLF) during its first year, exceeding the national average. Equipped with Air Cooled Condenser (ACC), Ultra Super Critical (USC) and dry ash-handling technologies, the project marks a significant milestone in next-generation thermal power generation. With Unit-3 targeted for commissioning in FY 2026-27 and Phase-II of Patratu STPP progressing towards launch, PVUNL is poised for further growth and value creation.
