]]> NEW DELHI. The Capacity Building Commission (CBC), in partnership with the Department of Investment and Public Asset Management (DIPAM), organised a one-day workshop on April 6, 2026, at Scope Convention Centre, New Delhi, to enhance leadership communication skills of CPSE executives. The workshop, held as part of the 5th day of Sadhana Saptah, was inaugurated by Shri Arunish Chawla, Secretary, DIPAM; Dr. Alka Mittal, Member, CBC; and Shri Adil Zainulbhai, Former Chairperson, CBC. The initiative aligns with the focus on Technology, Tradition, and Tangible Outcomes, and aims to strengthen effective communication among public sector leaders.

The programme brought together over 50 participants from around 30 CPSEs across nine strategic sectors, including, for the first time, six Defence PSUs and six Railway PSUs. Designed as an interactive and practice-oriented session, the workshop featured panel discussions, simulations, and expert feedback to build skills in executive presence, financial storytelling, crisis communication, and investor relations, with the objective of improving stakeholder engagement and organisational performance.
