NEW DELHI. The Bengaluru Development Authority (BDA), under the leadership of Shri N. A. Haris, Chairman, has been honoured with the inaugural PRCI NextGEN Award for Excellence in Citizen-Centric Urban Governance 2026. Presented by the Public Relations Council of India (PRCI), the award recognises BDA’s innovative, transparent and citizen-focused Public Grievance Redressal System (PGRS). The award will be conferred on 1 August 2026 at the Constitution Club of India during the PRCI Transformative Governance Symposium in New Delhi.
