										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>NTPC Corporate Communications has taken a significant step to strengthen engagement with its former Public Relations and Corporate Communication professionals by organising a Social Reconnect initiative on 5 December 2025 at the NTPC CGO Complex, New Delhi. Led by Shri K. M. Prashanth, GM (Corporate Communications), the initiative aimed at reconnecting with senior professionals who played a key role in shaping NTPC’s communication framework and brand identity over the years. The gathering brought together super senior veterans including Shri P. D. Hindwan, Shri P. K. Sinha, Shri T. S. Rajpoot, Shri P. K. Banerjee, Ms. Deepna Mehta, Ms. Ruchi Ratna, Shri A. K. Tiwary, Shri J. P. Sharma and Shri Vijay Juwal, along with the current generation of PR professionals, fostering a meaningful inter-generational interaction.</p>

By adopting a measured and composed approach, Modi not only avoids escalating tensions but also projects an image of stability and leadership in the face of adversity. His calculated silence on contentious issues such as mob lynching, Manipur mayhem and unemployment figures has been instrumental in defusing potential controversies and maintaining his aura of authority.</p>

This message struck a chord with millions of disillusioned voters, propelling Modi to power with a resounding mandate.</p>
<p style="font-weight: 400;">Similarly, during the 2019 election campaign, Modi capitalized on the wave of nationalism following the Balakot air strikes, positioning himself as a strong and decisive leader capable of safeguarding the nation&#8217;s security interests. By tapping into the patriotic fervour of the electorate, Modi galvanized support and secured a landslide victory, further solidifying his image as a charismatic and visionary leader.</p>
<p style="font-weight: 400;">Whenever opposition parties launched personal attacks on Modi, they often found themselves backfiring, thanks to Modi&#8217;s strategic communication tactics that put his opponents on the defensive. One such instance was the &#8220;Chowkidar Chor Hai&#8221; slogan coined by the Congress to tarnish Modi&#8217;s image in light of the demonetisation and Rafale scam controversies. However, Modi turned the tables in his favour by launching the &#8220;Main Bhi Chowkidar&#8221; campaign, catching his opponents off guard and reaping substantial electoral benefits.</p>
<p style="font-weight: 400;">In another episode, during the 2014 elections, Congress leader Mani Shankar Aiyar made a disparaging remark suggesting that Modi, coming from humble beginnings, was unfit to be prime minister and could only sell tea at Congress gatherings. Responding swiftly, Modi&#8217;s team orchestrated the “Chai Pe Charcha” campaign, effectively putting Congress on the backfoot and showcasing Modi&#8217;s connection with the common people.</p>

The panel discussion was an engaging and interactive session that provided a unique perspective on the importance of preserving the human touch in the  rapidly expanding realm of AI-driven businesses.</p>
<p>I got to share my bit on how we are using AI for content marketing and discussed with fellow panelists on how we can use it responsibly. The idea of AI changing the speed of things resonated with most of us. However, the need for &#8216;responsible&#8217; AI was felt too. The onus of the same lies on us to make sure that we do not forget our human values while building new tech and not let our biases creep into it either.</p>
<p>Pritesh Chothani , an inspiring business leader, and an enthusiastic person with several stories up his sleeve. Currently, he is building an amazing app &#8211; HiVoco play, which not only keeps your child engaged but also teaches them mental and emotional wellbeing. His passion for creating a safe space for kids is commendable.</p>
<p>Sanjeev Handa an accomplished entrepreneur who has over 27 years of expertise in marketing and communications. A gentleman and a very inspiring person &#8211; there’s a lot that I could learn from him and his illustrious career. I admire him for his humility and enjoyed our interaction before the event too.</p>
<p>Feba Varghese, a dynamic person with over 12 years of experience leading and directing sales teams. The revolution her company &#8216;Skribe&#8217; is bringing for PR and communications is commendable. I look forward to collaborate. The first one to meet and I feel she is changing the way the business of PR is perceived in the country at the moment.</p>
<p>Akanksha Jain &#8211; The young and dynamic moderator of our panel is quick-witted, sharp and a perfect example of beauty with brains. Her passion is almost contagious. A fantastic speaker and super inspiring with her journey.</p>
<p>All the panelist discussed how even though AI has catalysed a lot of grunt work, the final touch of emotion, is at the end of the person who’s working from behind the screen.</p>

<p>The real estate market in India is a dynamic and ever-evolving sector that plays a crucial role in the country&#8217;s economy. Despite facing headwinds of tightening global financial conditions triggered by the black-swan events like Covid and geopolitical hegemony owing to Russia-Ukraine war, the real estate sector has experienced impressive growth in recent years with its demand getting momentum.</p>
<p>The residential real estate segment has traditionally been a significant part of the market, driven by demand for affordable housing, rising income levels, and government initiatives such as Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana (PMAY) that promote affordable housing. The residential real estate ecosystem in the country has been robust with astounding sales records in 2022, witnessing a major real estate boom in Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities and continuing the growth momentum in hurly-burly of the global slowdown. The commercial real estate segment has also been on the rise, with a growing demand for office spaces from various industries, especially in IT hubs and business districts of major cities.</p>
<p>Mixed-use developments have gained significant traction as a new trend in the real estate sector, transforming the urban landscape and catering to the evolving needs and preferences of its residents. This trend reflects a growing shift towards creating integrated communities that combine residential, commercial, retail, and recreational spaces within a single development. According to a joint report, named as &#8220;India Real Estate: Vision 2047&#8221;, India&#8217;s real estate industry may expand to USD 5.8 trillion by 2047, which will contribute 15.5 percent to the GDP from the current share of 7.3 percent.</p>
<p><strong>High return on investment</strong></p>
<p>In recent years, the government has implemented several regulatory reforms to enhance transparency and protect homebuyers&#8217; interests. The Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016 (RERA) and the Goods and Services Tax (GST) are some of the significant reforms that have impacted the industry. India has been attracting foreign investment in its real estate sector, especially in commercial properties and infrastructure projects. Foreign investors see the potential for growth and returns in the Indian market. According to a recent industry report, India could see sales in the real estate to the tune of USD 1 trillion by 2030, contributing 13 per cent to the gross domestic product (GDP) by 2025.</p>
<p>According to the real estate experts, sentiment of Indian homebuyers has been positive because of a suitable market ecosystem. Also, a pause in RBI&#8217;s rising repo rate and dazzling domestic economic outlook will help the housing market sentiment buoyant. They are of the firm opinion that the fundamentals of the Indian economy as well as the dynamics of its market will keep the booming business of real estate industry rolling on despite global headwinds.</p>
<p><strong>Robust housing demand</strong></p>
<p>According to a recent report prepared jointly by Credai, Colliers, and Liases Foras, home price in India has increased 8 percent during January &#8211; March period of 2023 with Delhi-NCR registering a humongous surge of 16 percent, closely followed by Kolkata and Bengaluru with 15 percent and 14 percent year-on-year increase respectively. The tangible reason behind such a steep surge in home prices is said to be robust housing demand and consistent quality launches by high-end developers.</p>
<p>The Indian economy is on the cusp of becoming a world leader. Soaring urbanization, larger disposable incomes, and a rise in GDP per capita script a rosy picture for the real estate market in 2023. Despite sluggish trends in the global economy, India&#8217;s strong growth potential paves the way for the high demand for offices and commercial space in Tier 1 and Tier 2 cities. Catering to the needs of young growing India, the coworking sector &#8212; coworking is a situation that allows several workers from different companies to share an office space&#8211; as media report suggests, may cross 50 million sq ft by the end of the year 2023 that would be a year-on-year 15 percent surge.</p>
<p><strong>Real estate builds up on strong economic conditions</strong></p>

<p>The officials of Public Relations Council of India and Public Relations Society Delhi (PRCI &amp; PRSD) met Shri Atul Sobti, Director General, Standing Conference of Public Sector Enterprises (Scope) &amp; discussed various issues concerning the role of media in the changing dynamics of Artificial Intelligence. The meeting which took place today at SCOPE provided an invaluable platform for engaging discussions centered around the pivotal role of the public sector in driving sustainable growth and innovative solutions for contemporary challenges.</p>
<p>Over the course of the meeting Director General of SCOPE shared insightful views and his vision for the future of the Public Sector. His proactive approach towards embracing change was truly inspiring.</p>
<p>The officials also discussed various issues concerning the role of media in the changing dynamics of AI apart from ensuing 17th Global Communication Conclave to be held on 21st and 22nd September 2023 at New Delhi, wherein more than 200 Communication executives from Pan India are likely to participate. The Conclave is focused on Building Trust in the Digital Age. PR Society Delhi is associated with this important event for Corporate Communication Professionals.</p>
<p>DG complemented the theme of the conclave and appreciated the cause of PR in building an organization in a sustainable manner. He advised and motivated PR Professionals to focus on what someone did right, not wrong.</p>
