In his new role, Mr. Dhariwal will lead Protean’s Central Recordkeeping Agency (CRA) under Social Security & Welfare vertical, serving as CRA Head & Principal Officer under PFRDA regulations. He will be responsible for driving strategic growth, enhancing product development for NPS, APY & UPS, strengthening operational efficiency, and ensuring regulatory compliance.
