Priyanka Gandhi Vadra, General Secretary of the All India Congress Committee (AICC), recently won the Lok Sabha by-election from Wayanad, Kerala. Known for her grassroots engagement, she frequently visits Rae Bareilly and Amethi to connect with local residents.

In the 2004 Parliamentary elections, Gandhi Vadra played a key role as her mother Sonia Gandhi’s campaign manager while also assisting in Rahul Gandhi’s successful campaign.

As the daughter of former Prime Minister Rajiv Gandhi and Sonia Gandhi, and the sister of Rahul Gandhi, Leader of Opposition in the 18th Lok Sabha, Priyanka Gandhi Vadra belongs to the prominent Nehru-Gandhi political dynasty.
