Double Bhagalpur–Dumka–Rampurhat Rail Line link approved

The Cabinet Committee on Economic Affairs, chaired by Prime Minister Narendra Modi, has approved two major infrastructure projects. The first is the doubling of the 177 km Bhagalpur–Dumka–Rampurhat railway line across Bihar, Jharkhand, and West Bengal at a cost of ₹3,169 crore.

This will ease congestion, improve efficiency, and enhance service reliability for Indian Railways. The second is the construction of an 82.4 km 4-lane greenfield Mokama–Munger section of the Buxar–Bhagalpur High-Speed Corridor on Hybrid Annuity Mode with an investment of ₹4,447 crore.

The project will generate over 33 lakh man-days of employment and boost economic activities. The Munger-Jamalpur-Bhagalpur belt is also emerging as an industrial hub with factories, workshops, and logistics facilities.

प्रधानमंत्री मोदी ने पूछा मेरे लिए प्रशिक्षण योजना कहाँ है: पूर्व सीबीसी प्रमुख

प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी ने मिशन कर्मयोगी केंद्र सरकार की सिविल सेवाओं के लिए महत्वाकांक्षी क्षमता निर्माण पहल को आकार देने में सक्रिय भूमिका निभाई और एक बार तो यह तक पूछ लिया कि उनके लिए कोई व्यक्तिगत प्रशिक्षण योजना बनाई गई है या नहीं। यह खुलासा क्षमता निर्माण आयोग (सीबीसी) के पूर्व अध्यक्ष आदिल ज़ैनुलभाई ने किया। उन्होंने कहा, *“जब मैंने पहली बार उन्हें प्रगति की जानकारी दी, तो प्रधानमंत्री ने कहा कि एक महत्वपूर्ण चीज़ छूट गई हैआपने मेरे लिए प्रशिक्षण योजना नहीं बनाई।”*

अपने चार वर्ष के कार्यकाल को याद करते हुए ज़ैनुलभाई ने कहा कि आयोग ने प्रधानमंत्री की उस दृष्टि पर काम किया जिसमें सिविल सेवकों की क्षमता बढ़ाना, शासन को नागरिक-केंद्रित बनाना और प्रौद्योगिकी को अपनाने पर जोर था। वर्ष 2021 में स्थापित आयोग की देखरेख में मिशन कर्मयोगी आज एक राष्ट्रीय कार्यक्रम बन गया है, जिसके तहत iGOT डिजिटल प्लेटफ़ॉर्म पर 3,200 से अधिक पाठ्यक्रम उपलब्ध हैं और 1.25 करोड़ से अधिक अधिकारी एवं कर्मचारी इससे जुड़े हैं। वर्ष के अंत तक 20 लाख सरकारी कर्मचारियों को *‘सेवा भाव’* विषय पर एक दिवसीय प्रशिक्षण पूरा करने की उम्मीद है।

सीबीसी के नेतृत्व में 195 केंद्रीय एवं राज्य प्रशिक्षण संस्थानों को नए गुणवत्ता मानकों के अनुसार मान्यता दी गई है, वहीं राज्यों, नगरीय निकायों और पंचायतों को भी डिजिटल प्रशिक्षण से जोड़ा जा रहा है। ज़ैनुलभाई ने बताया कि अब हर नई योजना और कानून के लिए iGOT प्लेटफ़ॉर्म पर प्रशिक्षण कार्यक्रम उपलब्ध होगा, जिससे सरकारी अधिकारियों के लिए सतत सीखने की व्यवस्था सुनिश्चित होगी।

इस पहल ने अंतरराष्ट्रीय स्तर पर भी ध्यान आकर्षित किया है। ज़ैनुलभाई ने कहा, प्रधानमंत्री ने इसे कैरेबियाई और अफ्रीकी देशों को देने का वादा किया है। उन्होंने यह भी जोड़ा कि अब तक काफी कुछ हासिल हुआ है, लेकिन यह तो बस शुरुआत है, अभी बहुत काम बाकी है।

PM greets people on Parsi New Year

The Prime Minister, Shri Narendra Modi has greeted the people on the occasion of Parsi New Year. In a tweet, the Prime Minister said;

“Greetings on Parsi New Year. May the coming year be filled with joy, prosperity and good health. Navroz Mubarak!”

The Parsi New Year which is also known as Navroz is celebrated to mark the beginning of the new Persian calendar.

In the Persian language ‘Nav’ means new, and ‘Roz’ stands for the day, i.e. the ‘new day’.

It begins at the stroke of the vernal equinox when the sun crosses the equator. Navroz or Nowruz is an Iranian and Persian New year, a day dedicated to the beginning of the spring and to promote peace, solidarity, and friendship among people and different communities.

The day is dedicated to the beginning of spring and the renewal of nature. Navroz is celebrated on the first day of the first month of the calendar followed by Zoroastrians.
