These regional camps enabled candidates to interact directly with employers, understand available professional roles, and receive hands-on assistance with their application formalities, drawing strong participation from hundreds of aspiring professionals.

This collaborative initiative aims to significantly strengthen India’s youth employability ecosystem by creating structured, accessible pathways to corporate internships. By combining digital mobilization with targeted grassroots outreach, the program successfully bridges the gap between youth talent and industry requirements, driving forward the national vision of Viksit Bharat@2047 by equipping young citizens with future-ready skills and invaluable corporate exposure.

The initiative aims to provide practical exposure to India’s growing energy sector and help youth build job-ready skills. Applicants must not have any family member in government service and should not be enrolled in any other apprenticeship scheme.
