Key Highlights

• Facility Completed & Inaugurated: The PEB manufacturing facility has been successfully completed and inaugurated.

• PEB Manufacturing Capacity: PEB Manufacturing Capacity: The 1,65,000 sq. ft. facility with state of the art Specially Manufactured machines, is designed to achieve a production capacity of approximately 1,200 MT per month at optimum utilisation.

• Indian Market Focus: The facility strengthens the Company’s ability to cater to the growing demand for PEB and structural steel solutions across the Indian market.

• Trial Production: Trial production commenced on 30th August 2026, following the installation and commissioning of the required machinery, marking the beginning of the Company’s PEB manufacturing operations.

• Funding: The new PEB factory has been Partly funded through preferential funds and majorly through internal accruals for building construction, with the balance minimal funding for equipment and machinery through bank loans reflecting the Company’s strong financial discipline and prudent capital allocation strategy.

• Benefits: The new facility is expected to enable faster project completion and contribute to improved PAT margins, subject to operating conditions and market factors.
