Sheroes Hangout Café is a unique space where survivors are empowered to rebuild their lives with dignity and independence. Established as an initiative of the Chhanv Foundation, the café has become a symbol of strength and hope, providing survivors with livelihood opportunities while spreading awareness about their journeys.The PRP team spent time interacting with the women and listening to their stories of resilience. What began as a Women’s Day gesture evolved into a deeply moving experience for everyone involved, highlighting the power of empathy, community, and collective support.

The ‘Turning the Tables’ initiative was conceived by the O3 Tribe. Created by PRP’ians for PRP’ians, the O3 (Out of Office) Tribe is a voluntary, employee-led group that organizes weekend outings and community initiatives to foster team spirit and social impact.
