On a standalone basis, Q4 FY25 PAT rose 5% year-on-year to  Rs 4,336 crore, while Total Income grew 2% to  Rs 12,482 crore. Consolidated Q4 FY25 PAT stood at  Rs 4,143 crore on income of 12,591 crore.

During the year, POWERGRID invested heavily in network expansion, incurring capital expenditure of  Rs 26,255 crore and capitalizing assets of  Rs 9,014 crore. Gross Fixed Assets on a consolidated basis reached  Rs 290,715 crore as of March 31,?2025.

The company’s market capitalization peaked at  Rs 3.4 trillion in September 2024, underscoring investor confidence.

By end-March 2025, POWERGRID and its subsidiaries operated 180,195 ckm of transmission lines, 282 substations and 551,96 MVA of transformation capacity. The board has proposed a final dividend of Rs 1.25 per share, bringing total dividends for the year to  Rs 9 per share.
