The event was inaugurated by Smt. Parminder Chopra, CMD, PFC & Patron of the Forum, who served as the Chief Guest.

The session was attended by key HR leaders from the power sector, including Dr. Yatindra Dwivedi (President – Forum), Shri Manoj Sharma, Shri P.A. Suresh Babu (virtually), Dr. G. Jawahar, Shri B.K. Mundu, and Shri Akhilesh Kumar. Discussions focused on critical HR issues, collaborative solutions, and best practices to strengthen the human resource framework within Power Sector PSUs. The meeting reinforced the Forum’s commitment to shaping a sustainable and efficient power sector workforce.
