										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>REC Power Development and Consultancy Limited (RECPDCL),handed over a project specific SPV (Special Purpose Vehicle) of ISTS Transmission Project under TBCB route viz, Davanagere Power Transmission Limited to Power Grid Corporation of India Limited on 24th September 2025.</p>
<p>Power Grid Corporation of India Limited emerged as the Transmission Service Provider (TSP) through Tariff-Based Competitive Bidding (TBCB) process conducted by RECPDCL, the Bid Process Coordinator, for development of the transmission project on Build, Own, Operate &amp; Transfer (BOOT) basis.</p>
<p>The SPV was handed over by Shri T.S.C. Bosh, CEO, RECPDCL to Arup Kumar Samanta, Senior DGM, Company Secretariat, Power Grid Corporation of India Limited in the presence of Senior Officials of RECPDCL, Power Grid Corporation of India Limited and Central Transmission Utility of India Limited. The implementation period of the project is 24 months.</p>
<p>The scheme covers augmentation of transformation capacity at Davanagere PS by 1&#215;1500 MVA 765/400 kV ICT &amp; 4&#215;500 MVA 400/220 kV ICTs, along with 220 kV line bays. The estimated cost of the project is around Rs. 366.26 Crore.</p>

										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>REC Power Development and Consultancy Limited (RECPDCL), a wholly owned subsidiary of REC Limited, the Maharatna CPSU under the aegis of Ministry of Power, has handed over the project specific SPV (Special Purpose Vehicle) of HVDC Transmission Project under TBCB route viz, Khavda V-A Power Transmission Limited to Power Grid Corporation of India Limited on 19th November 2024 at Gurugram.</p>
<p>Power Grid Corporation of India Limited (PGCIL) emerged as the Transmission Service Provider (TSP) through Tariff-Based Competitive Bidding (TBCB) process conducted by RECPDCL, the Bid Process Coordinator, for development of the transmission project on Build, Own, Operate &amp; Transfer (BOOT) basis.</p>
<p>This is the first HVDC transmission project, whereby the award process has been concluded through TBCB route and handed over to PGCIL. The scheme covers establishment of 2 Nos. HVDC terminal stations of 6000 MW at KPS2 and Nagpur, + 800 kV HVDC Bipole line (Hexa Lapwing) from KPS2 to Nagpur (1200 km), 6&#215;1500 MVA, 765/400 kV ICTs at Nagpur S/s along with associated works.</p>
<p>The SPV was handed over by Shri T.S.C. Bosh, CEO, RECPDCL to Shri Pankaj Pandey, Executive Director, Power Grid Corporation of India Limited in the presence of Senior Officials of RECPDCL, Power Grid Corporation of India Limited and Central Transmission Utility of India Limited. The implementation period of the project is 54 months.</p>

<p>M/s Power Grid Corporation of India Limited (PGCIL) emerged as the Transmission Service Provider (TSP) through Tariff-based Competitive Bidding (TBCB) process conducted by RECPDCL, the Bid Process Coordinator, for development of the above transmission project on Build, Own, Operate &amp; Transfer (BOOT) basis.</p>
<p>The project covers augmentation of Bhadla-III PS with 765/400 kV, 2&#215;1500 MVA &amp; 400/220 kV, 2&#215;500 MVA Interconnecting Transformers (ICT) and associated works.</p>
<p>The SPV was handed over by Shri T.S.C. Bosh, CEO, RECPDCL to Shri Pankaj Pandey, Executive Director, PGCIL and  Shri  Satyaprakash Dash, Company Secretary, PGCIL in the presence of Senior Officials of RECPDCL, PGCIL and Central Transmission Utility of India Limited. The project is targeted for implementation in 18 months.</p>

<p>The project Rajasthan IV-C Power Transmission Limited covers construction of 765/400 kV, 3&#215;1500 MVA &amp; 400/220 kV, 5&#215;500 MVA Pooling Station at Mandsaur, 171.75 Kms of 765 kV line and associated works. The project Rajasthan IV-E Power Transmission Limited covers 765 kV Substation near Rishabdeo, 339.24 Kms of 765 kV line and associated works.</p>
<p>The SPVs were handed over by Shri T.S.C. Bosh, CEO, RECPDCL to the officials of PGCIL including Shri Satya Prakash Dash, Company Secretary in the presence of Senior Officials of RECPDCL and Central Transmission Utility of India Limited. The projects are targeted for implementation in 2 years.</p>

Ramgarh II Transmission Limited and Beawar Dausa Transmission Limited  for the evacuation of power from REZ in Rajasthan (20GW) under Phase-III, Part C1 and Part H respectively after competing with various private sector players and emerging as successful bidder in Tariff Based Competitive Bidding (TBCB) process.</p>
<p>Ramgarh II Transmission Limited shall implement a Transmission System comprising of a new 765/400kV sub-station at Ramgarh along with STATCOM at Ramgarh, 765kV D/C Transmission Line and associated bays extension works at other existing Sub-station (Bhadla-III) in the state of Rajasthan.</p>
<p>Beawar Dausa Transmission Limited consists of establishment of a new 765/400kV sub-station at a suitable location near Dausa and 400kV &amp; 765kV D/C Transmission Lines traversing in the state of Rajasthan and associated bay extension works. The transmission system is an Inter State Transmission System Project and is to be commissioned in 18 months.</p>
