चिराग ही नहीं कांग्रेस और आर जे डी भी चुनाव की तारीखों को आगे बढाने की बात कह चुके है. राजनीतिक विश्लेषक सर्वेश तिवारी कहते है कि लोगों की जान बचाना ज्यादा जरुरी है पहले कोरोना का संकट सबसे बड़ा है .राजनीती और सत्ता का मकसद लोगों का भला होना चाहिये . चुनाव से खतरा और बढ सकता है .पहली प्राथमिकता कोरोना को काबू पाना हो बाद में कुछ और ख्याल किया जाये.

रविवार को पहली बार बिहार में एक दिन में सबसे अधिक नए कोरोना मरीजों का रिकार्ड सामने आया। बिहार स्वास्थ्य विभाग के अनुसार एक दिन में 1266 नये मरीज आए हैं , जो अब तक का रिकार्ड है। नीतीश कुमार ने कम जांच कराने के आरोप के बीच राज्य में प्रति दिन 15 हजार टेस्ट कराने का निर्देश दिया है। जानकारों ने आशंका जताई है कि अधिक जांच होने से और मरीज सामने आ सकते हैं। इसी आशंका के मद्देनजर बिहार के अधिकतर जिलों में फिर से लॉक डाउन को लागू कर दिया गया है। वहीं, चुनाव आयोग के सूत्रों के अनुसार उसकी तैयारी पूरी है और 15 अगस्त के बाद हालात की समीक्षा होगी, जिसके बाद चुनाव के डेट के बारे में अंतिम फैसला होगा। तय समय के अनुसार राज्य में अक्टूबर-नवंबर में विधानसभा चुनाव होने वाले हैं।

Hema Malini and her actress daughter Esha Deol are the faces of the company that drew heavy criticism on social media for its advertisement. It cautioned against kneading of flour to make a dough by a maid claiming that “her hands might be infected” and suggested using the company’s product for the same purpose.

“Views expressed by the recent advertisement of Kent Atta by Kent RO Systems and are inappropriate. The Chairman has already tendered a public apology for the mistake. I hereby wish to put on record that I respect and stand by all sections of society,” read the 71-year-old MP’s statement shared on Twitter.

After facing flak on social media, the company took down the advertisement and tendered an apology. Twitter termed the ad to be “absurd”, “in bad light” and “classist”.

In his apology on behalf of the company, Chairman Mahesh Gupta said, “Our recent advertisement of Kent Atta & Bread Maker on social media was unintentional, badly communicated and was wrong. And therefore, it was immediately withdrawn. We are extremely sorry for this incident and want to apologise to everyone, especially to the people whose sentiments were hurt.”

The advertisement is contrary to the beliefs and professional standards of Kent, he added.

We will investigate how our advertisement standards were compromised and we will further take corrective and preventive action so that such incidents are not repeated in future,” Gupta said adding that “we support and respect all sections of the society and apologise for the mistake

Kamlesh Tiwari’s throat was slit and he was shot multiple times. As investigations into the brutal murder continue.

OP Singh, Director-General of Police (UP) today refused to rule out a terror angle, something he appeared to do on Saturday, when he called the murder a “radical killing” and said the accused did not seem to have links to terror outfits.

“See… there are many kinds of terror modules. There are self-motivated modules. There are sleeper modules. There are modules connected to terror outfits. We are looking at this from all angles. When we arrest the other accused we will know the truth,” DGP OP Singh told .

On Saturday, while announcing the arrest of five people – three from Gujarat and two from western UP’s Bijnor district, after a joint operation by police forces of the two states, the state’s top cop said Mr Tiwari’s murder looked like a “radical killing”.

“Prima facie this is a radical killing. Prima facie these people have been radicalised by a speech made by Mr Tiwari in 2015 but much more can tumble out once we catch hold of all the accused,” OP Singh said.

“… so far we have not established any links to special terrorist organisation…” he said, adding, “We were confident we would solve the case in 24 hours and we have done so”.

But now Mr Singh U TURN shows he is under pressure . The men arrested in UP were identified as Muslim clerics Maluana Anwar-Ul Haq and Mufti Naeem Kazmin.
