PFCCL Declares Final Dividend for FY 2024-25

PFCCL announced its final dividend for the financial year ending March 31, 2025, during its 17th AGM. Shri Manoj Kumar Rana, CEO of PFCCL, presented the dividend cheque to Smt. Parminder Chopra, CMD of PFC, in the presence of senior officials. For FY 2024-25, PFCCL declared a dividend of ₹111.11 crore, equivalent to ₹21,267 per share, accounting for 62% of its Profit After Tax (PAT). This reflects the company’s strong financial performance and commitment to shareholder value.

PFC Consulting Limited Declares Final Dividend for Financial Year 2023-24

‘PFC Consulting Limited’ has announced its final dividend for the year ending March 31, 2024. This was decided at the company’s 16th Annual General Meeting (AGM) held recently.

Shri Manoj Rana, CEO of PFCCL, handing over the Final Dividend for F.Y. 2023-24 to Smt. Parminder Chopra, CMD, PFC, in the presence of Shri Rajiv Ranjan Jha, Director (Projects), Shri Manoj Sharma, Director (Commercial), Shri Sandeep Kumar, Director (Finance), and senior officials of PFC and PFCCL.

For the year 2023-24, PFCCL has paid a total dividend of Rs. 18,222 per share. This amount is 60% of the company’s Profit After Tax (PAT).

NTPC REL Secures Bid for 900 MW Solar Project in PFCCL’s 1250 MW Solar Tender

Mumbai, India – NTPC Renewable Energy Limited has secured the bid for 900 MW capacity in the Solar tender floated by PFCCL on behalf of NTPC Ltd. for selection of 1250 MW ISTS-Connected Solar PV Power Projects in India under Flexibility Scheme.

The reverse auction for the tender was conducted on 21st December 2023 by PFCCL. The discovered tariff is ₹2.53/kWh and the energy generated shall be procured by NTPC Ltd. This is envisioned to replace thermal power through existing PPAs of NTPC Ltd. with various DISCOMs.

Presently, NTPC Group has 3.36 GW RE operational capacity with nearly 20 GW in pipeline. NTPC is committed to achieve 60 GW of Renewable Energy capacity by 2032.

PFCCL Transfers Two Transmission Projects to Private Firms

The transmission projects were transferred after completion of bidding through Tariff Based Competitive Bidding (TBCB) process for selection of Transmission Service Provider (TSP).
