The Public Enterprises Selection Board (PESB) has recommended Shri Rathin Mitra, currently serving as General Manager (Coordination) at Coal India Limited (CIL), for the post of Director (Personnel) at Western Coalfields Limited (WCL). He was selected following an interview process involving 12 candidates for the senior-level position. The recommendation marks an important step in the selection process for the personnel leadership role at WCL, a subsidiary of Coal India Limited.

P., General Manager (HR), Central Coalfields Limited; Shri Durga Prasad Samal, General Manager (HR), CIL; Shri Sukadev Seth, General Manager (HR/Security), Mahanadi Coalfields Limited; Shri Pankaj Kumar, Executive Director (Human Resources), NLC India Limited; Shri Rajender Singh Sajwan, Executive Director (HR), Hindustan Copper Limited; and Shri Neeraj Singh, Chief General Manager, Power Finance Corporation Limited.
