The PESB has recommended the name of Shri Daya Nand Katyayan for the post of Director (Projects) at Telecommunications Consultants (India) Limited (TCIL). He is currently serving as Senior General Manager and Business Area Head (Faridabad) at Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL).

Shri Ranpara has wide experience in the power sector, especially in HR leadership roles at Gujarat Urja Vikas Nigam Limited and its group companies. During his career, he has led HR policies for more than 60,000 employees, managed HR transition during the unbundling of Gujarat Electricity Board, introduced performance management systems, handled manpower planning and restructuring, and worked on succession planning, leadership development, employee motivation, innovation, and reskilling initiatives to support the renewable energy transition.
