National, August 22, 2024: Pioneering the education landscape, Orchids The International School, a leading K12 school chain in India today announced the infusion of IIT talent into its schools across the country. Recently, Orchids recruited around 200 IITians as teaching faculties to expand its Orchids Career Foundation Programme for the subjects of Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics pertaining to grades 6 through 12. 

These IITians are alumni of leading IITs like IIT Kanpur, IIT Mandi, IIT Bhubaneswar. These IIT teachers shall not only be teaching but guiding the students in personal and professional development relating to the choice of proper careers, research, or entrepreneurship. Combining academic rigor with practical application and inculcating holistic development, Orchids believes these young IIT educators will help lay the foundation for a brighter future of the nation.

The OCFP program at Orchids acts as a catalyst for the gap between lovers and non-lovers of subjects in STEM, and instills life-long interest in learning, unlocking the full potential of every child. The program uniquely offers innovative teaching methods and application-based learning. The faculty engages in various activities and demonstrations, helping the students apply theoretical knowledge in real life. The method allows most students to also succeed in school and pursue effective careers in STEM. Presently, OCFP has close to 100+ faculty members across India. This expansion is a clear sign of the program’s success and the growing need for quality STEM education.

‘Digital Lullaby’ features a young child mimicking adult behaviors with her doll, serving as a gentle yet powerful reminder of how parents’ actions influence their children. ‘Spotlight and Shadows’, an eye-opening musical ad, uses a little rockstar’s perspective to illustrate the impact of parental conflicts on a child’s inner world.

Bengaluru, 15th May 2024 : Orchids The International School, a leading K12 School chain of India achieved outstanding results in the CBSE 10th and 12th board exams in Bengaluru  Zone. Adith Kumar Shetty from Jalahalli, Pravallika Karedla from Sarjapur and Maaz Prajapati from BTM Layout campuses scored 97.80%, 97.60% and 97% respectively in 10th Grade exams, emerging as toppers of the School Chain.

Similarly for 12th grade, Prajnan Prasanna Shetty, Jayadeep Shanmugam and Sai Kapil Bhardwaj Yeddanapudi from Kanakapura campus have  emerged as toppers of the school chain in 12th Grade, scoring 97%, 96.80% and 96.80%, respectively in science, commerce and humanities streams.

Orchids The International School’s 11 campuses in Bengaluru city of 10th Grades have recorded the pass percentage of 100% and 10 students scored centum marks in Maths, Science and Social Studies subjects. Overall 490 students from CV Raman Nagar, Horamavu, Whitefield, Jalahalli, BTM Layout, JP Nagar, Vijaynagar, Kanakpura, Mysore Road, Panathur, Sarjapur campuses from 10th started have appeared for board exams, securing 100% pass percentage.

Overall 96 students from Kanakapura, BTM Layout and  Mysore Road campuses from 12th standard have appeared for grade 12th board exams.
