NTPC Limited, address the participants of the three-day Women Leadership Programme ‘UTKRISHTI: Striving for Excellence, Reaching New Heights’ conducted by NTPC’s Power Management Institute for it’s young women executives posted at various locations?

The program focusses on leadership attributes, such as leading with agility, cultivating executive presence, building a personal brand, networking, and influencing skills. Through interactive workshops, discussions and case studies, participants explore strategies to enhance their leadership potential.

I always enjoy such interactions as it gives me an opportunity to share my experience and learnings with the young girls on balancing career and the caregiver role.
