Aimed at enhancing youth employability through industry-relevant skills, the programme will provide hands-on training and open new avenues for career development. The inaugural ceremony was held on 26th July 2025 at CIPET Bhubaneswar and witnessed the presence of Shri Debabrata Kar, Head of Project (Farakka); Smt. Soumya Kar, President of Udita Ladies Club, along with other NTPC officials.

A total of 30 candidates from nearby regions of West Bengal and Jharkhand have enrolled in the programme. Speaking at the event, Shri Kar congratulated the participants and encouraged them to make the most of the opportunity. The event concluded with an engaging interaction between the trainees and NTPC officials, underscoring the organization’s commitment to community development and youth empowerment.
