He has also undergone specialized training in diverse domains including power plant efficiency, safety management, preventive vigilance, coal coordination, O&M excellence, human resource management, disaster management, first aid and CPR, and leadership development programmes. Under Shri Maitra’s leadership, NTPC Bongaigaon has achieved several notable milestones in generation performance, reliability, ash utilization, safety, environmental management, and community development.
