It is important to note that the National HRD Network is one of the most prominent professional organizations in the field of Human Resources and has played a pivotal role in shaping HR practices and policies across various industries. This will be NHRDN’s overall 52nd Chapter including 3 international chapters in Singapore, Middle East, Nepal and 9 student chapters; further underscoring its expansive reach and influence. Through this collaboration, IIM Sambalpur aims to bring together the expertise of the HR community with the academic rigor and research-driven approach of a premier management institute.

On the occasion, Prof Mahadeo Jaiswal, Director, IIM Sambalpur, said, “In alignment with our core values and mission to contribute to the development of future-ready HR leaders, our collaboration with the National HRD Network brings together the expertise of the HR community. Prem Singh, President, Group HR, JK Organisation was the NHRDN host and Arun Maira; Author and Thought Leader was the chief guests of the event.  Dharm Rakshit, HR Head, Hero MotoCorp Ltd;  among others were present to grace the occasion.
