]]> NHPC held its 49th Annual General Meeting on 30 August 2025 via video conferencing from its Registered Office in Faridabad, where members approved a final dividend of Rs 0.51 per share for 2024-25 in addition to the  Rs 1.40 interim dividend paid in March 2025.

CMD Shri R.P. Goyal, along with Directors and senior officials, highlighted NHPC’s strong performance during a landmark year marked by the company attaining Navratna status, commissioning the 800 MW Parbati-II Project in Himachal Pradesh, and 214.28 MW of the Karnisar Solar Project in Rajasthan. Shareholders’ queries were also addressed during the meeting.
