										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p><strong>KANPUR.</strong> In a major boost to operational efficiency, NLC India Limited (NLCIL) announced the inauguration of a 660 MW Operator Training Simulator at Neyveli Uttar Pradesh Power Limited&#8217;s (NUPPL) 3×660 MW Ghatampur Thermal Power Project, located in Kanpur Nagar District, Uttar Pradesh. The cutting-edge simulator facility was officially inaugurated by then NLCIL CMD Shri M. Prasanna Kumar, marking a key milestone in the development of the power station.</p>
<p>The inauguration ceremony was attended by key leadership and top dignitaries from the organization, including Director (Planning &amp; Projects) Shri Rajesh Pratap Singh Sisodia, then Director (Power) Shri M. Venkatachalam, along with the Director of NUPPL and Shri S. Durai Kumar, Chief Executive Officer of NUPPL. Their presence highlighted the strategic importance of this facility for both NLCIL and NUPPL&#8217;s broader operational roadmap in Northern India.</p>
<p>Designed to deliver immersive hands-on experience, the simulator will play a vital role in enhancing operational readiness, workforce safety, and specialized technical skill development among plant personnel.
