असल में अब शिंदे सरकार ने राज्य से सारे अखबारों मे एक विग्यापन देकर कहा है कि राष्ट्र में मोदी और महाराष्ट्र में शिंदे. इसी विग्यापन में दावा किया गया है कि राज्य में एक सर्वे कराया गया जिसमें सामने आया है कि भाजपा को 30.2 प्रतिशत लोग और शिंदे शिवसेना को 16.2 प्रतिशत यानि कुल मुलाकर इस गठबंधन सरकार को 46 .4 फीसदी लोग पसंद करते है.

इसी में आगे कहा गया है कि मुख्यमंत्री के तौर पर एक नाथ शिंदे को 26.1 प्रतिशत और फणनवीस को 23 प्रतिशत लोग पसंद करते हैं यानि कि मुख्यमंत्री पद की दौड़ में शिंदे अब फणनवीस से आगे है जबकि बीजेपी मानती है कि फणनवीस ही उनके नेता है और वहीं मुख्यमंत्री का चेहरा है .

अब सवाल ये उठ रहा है कि ये सब शिंदे खुद अपने मन से कर रहे हैं या दिल्ली के आका से पूछकर .. क्योकि लगता नही कि शिंदे अपने दम पर ये कर सकते हैं .इस समय शिंदे का पूरा पब्लिसिटी काम तो दिल्ली के इशारे पर आयी एजेंसी ही कर रही है साथ ही शिंदे के ओएसडी आनंद मढिया भी गुजरात के है और शाह के करीबी है तो क्या इसका मतलब है कि बीजेपी की लीडरशिप ही देवेंद्र फणनवीस को छोटा करके दिखाना चाहती है और ये तय हो गया है कि अब शिंदे ही हमेशा चेहरा होंगे. ये सब सवाल महाराष्ट्र बीजेपी के नेताओँ को परेशान कर रहे हैं .

एक चर्चा ये भी है कि दो दिन पहले अखबारों में एक खबर छपवाई गयी थी कि बीजेपी आलाकमान शिंदे गुट के पांच मंत्रियों के काम से खुश नही है और ये मंत्री माल कमा रहे हैं इसलिए उनको हटाने की बात चल रही है .इस पर शिंदे गुट के मंत्री भडक गये थे . असल में शिंदे अपने साथ आये 42 विधायकों में से किसी को नाराज करने का खतरा मोल नहीं लेना चाहते इसलिए कहा जा रहा है कि ये विग्यापन जवाबी हमला है .इस तरह शिवसेना और बीजेपी खुद ही एक दूसरे पर हमला कर रहे हैं.

एक तीसरी खबर दिलली के गलियारों से आ रही है कि शिंदे चाहते है कि फणनवीस को दिलली बुलाकर केंद्रीय मंत्री बना लिया जाये और वो ये बात दिलली के सामने ऱख चुके है इसलिए ये खींचतान हो रही है लेकिन सवाल ये है कि क्या बीजेपी ऐसा करेगी और फिर फणनवीस नही तो कौन होगा बीजेपी का चेहरा . इस बीच राज्य के अखबारों के सर्वे मे आ रहा है कि शिंदे और फणनवीस की जोड़ी लगातार अपना जनाधार खो रही है और बीजेपी को भी ये गठबंधन रास नही आ रहा है ..जानकारों का मानना है कि अगर अभी लोकसभा चुनाव हुये तो पिछली बार शिवसेना के साथ मिलकर 48 में से 42 सीटें जीतने वाले गठबंधन के बजाय नये शिंदे और बीजेपी गठबंधन को 20 सीट भी नहीं मिलेगी . बीजेपी ये नुकसान सहन नहीं कर सकती है. तो क्या आने वाले दिनों में महाराष्ट्र में अभी और भी कई भूचाल आना बाकी है. मानसून के तेज हवाओँ से तो यही लगता है कि राज्य की राजनीती में बहुत कुछ होने वाला है .

The probability forecast for minimum temperature (Fig.10a) indicates that below normal minimum temperatures are likely over West Rajasthan, East Rajasthan, Himachal Pradesh, Jammu & Kashmir, Haryana Chandigarh & Delhi (HCD), Sub Himalayan West Bengal & Sikkim (SHWB), Jharkhand, Chhattisgarh, Odisha, Marathawada and Vidharbha. Subdivisions of Punjab,East and West Madhya Pradesh, Bihar, Gangetic West Bengal (GWB), Telangana and NorthInterior Karnataka (NIK) are likely to experience climatological probability for minimum temperature.

Remaining subdivisions of the country is likely to experience above normal minimum temperatures.

The probability forecast for maximum temperature (Fig.10b) indicates that all the subdivisions ofsouthern peninsular India and most of the subdivisions of central India (West and East Madhya

Pradesh, Vidharbha, Marathawada and Madhya Maharashtra) and few subdivisions of western

India (Gujarat region and Sourashtra& Kutch) are likely to experience below normalMaximum temperature. Remaining subdivisions of the country are likely to experience abovenormal maximum temperatures.

The probability forecast for mean temperature (Fig.10c) indicates that most of subdivisions ofIndia likely to experience below normal mean temperatures. However, above normal meantemperatures are likely to experience over Konkan and Goa, Coastal Karnataka, Costal AndhraPradesh, most of the subdivisions along the foothills of Himalayas and Northeast India. Normalmean temperatures are likely to experience over Kerala and Tamilnadu.

Rainfall Forecast

Rainfall for week 1: (07 to 13 January, 2021)

• Under the influence of a Western Disturbance as a cyclonic circulation over western parts of Afghanistan & neighbourhood in middle & upper tropospheric levels, Western Himalayan Region very likely to experience light isolated rain/snow and isolated rain over Punjab, Haryana, Northeast Rajasthan and West Uttar Pradesh on 08th January, 2021 and no weather is expected over northwest India during subsequent 5-6 days.
• Under the influence of cyclonic circulation over Southeast Arabian Sea and another cyclonic circulation over south Tamilnadu coast & neighbourhood in lower tropospheric levels, fairly widespread to widespread rainfall with isolated heavy falls and moderate thunderstorm, & lightning very likely over southern peninsular India during next 2-3 days.
• Under the influence of a trough in low level easterlies from Karnataka coast to Maharashtra coast in lower tropospheric levels; isolated to scattered rainfall with moderate thunderstorm & lightning at isolated places very likely over Maharashtra during next 2 days.
• Thereafter, under the influence of fresh spell of easterly wave, fairly widespread to widespread rainfall with isolated heavy falls very likely over Tamilnadu, Puducherry &Karaikal and Kerala &Mahe on 10th & 11th January, 2021.
• No significant rainfall likely over remaining parts of the country during the week.
• Cumulatively, above normal rainfall very likely over south peninsula & central India and below normal rain/snow likely over Western Himalayan Region during week 1 (Figs. 11 and 12).

RKA aims reaching 11 crore families to ignite 33 crore Diyas made of cow-dung during this year’s Deepawali festival. The feedback received so far is very encouraging and approximately 3 lakh Diyas will be ignited in the holy city of Ayodhya alone, 1 lakh Diyas will be lit in holy city of Varanasi. Apart from generating business opportunities to thousands of cow-based entrepreneurs / farmers/ women entrepreneurs, the use of cow-dung products will lead to cleaner and healthier environment. It will help in making Gaushalas ‘Atma Nirbhar’ too. By providing an environment friendly alternative to Chinese made Diyas, the campaign will boost up Make in India vision and mission of Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi and also promote ‘Swadeshi’ movement while reducing environmental damage.

RKA has been interacting with various stakeholders through a series of webinars to focus and promote use of cow-dung in manufacture of items that can be used in this year’s Deepawali. RKA has enhanced its presence through their representatives in every district across all States for the campaign to motivate and facilitate production of Kamdhenu Deepawali related items in Gaushalas all over the country along with nationwide marketing plan. Various segments of stakeholders like farmers, manufacturers, entrepreneurs, Gaushalas and other concerned are being involved at large to make the campaign of Kamdhenu Deepawali a grand success.

Recently, the RKA had launched a nation-wide campaign on various platforms of social media to use eco-friendly material in manufacture of idols of Lord Ganesha for this year’s Ganesha Festival on appeal of the Prime Minister. The 30-share index was trading 205.69 points or 0.55 per cent lower at 37,275.43; and the broader Nifty fell 16.15 points or 0.44 per cent to 11,069.25.

In the Sensex pack, Vedanta took the biggest hit, trading 2.92 per cent lower, followed by Tech Mahindra, Yes Bank, Tata Motors and Tata steel.

However, Power Grid, IndusInd Bank, ICICI Bank, Asian Paint, Maruti and HCL Tech were trading in the green.

In the previous session, Sensex gained 83.88 points or 0.22 per cent to end at 37,481.12. The broader NSE Nifty ended 32.60 points or 0.29 per cent up at 11,118.00.

The markets continue to witness persistent outflow of foreign funds from equities.

Foreign investors sold shares worth Rs 1,497.07 crore on a net basis on Wednesday, as per provisional data with stock exchanges.

Growth of eight core industries dropped to 0.2 per cent in June, mainly due to contraction in oil-related sectors as well as cement production, according to official data.

The government on Wednesday also revised downwards the growth rate of these eight sectors for May to 4.3 per cent from the earlier estimate of 5.1 per cent.

Overall investor sentiment was weak after the government on Wednesday released the core industries output growth numbers, which dropped to 0.2 per cent in June, experts said.

Meanwhile, the government’s fiscal deficit touched Rs 4.32 lakh crore for the June quarter, which is 61.4 per cent of the budget estimate for 2019-20 fiscal.

The US Federal Reserve reduced the benchmark lending rate by 25 basis points to 2.0-2.25 per cent on Wednesday for the first time in more than a decade.

Elsewhere in Asia, Shanghai Composite Index and Hang Seng were trading lower, while Nikkei and Kospi were in the green in their respective early sessions.

A bench of Justices R F Nariman and Surya Kant said the recording of evidence in the politically sensitive case should be complete within six months.

The bench also directed the Uttar Pradesh government to pass appropriate orders within four weeks to extend the tenure of the special judge, who is set to retire on September 30.

The top court said the extension of tenure of the special judge will only be for the purpose of concluding the trial and delivering the verdict in the case.

During the extended tenure, he will remain under the administrative control of the Allahabad High Court, it said.
The special judge had on Monday moved the apex court seeking six more months to conclude the matter.

Besides Advani, Joshi and Uma Bharti, the accused against whom conspiracy charge was invoked in the case by the Supreme Court on April 19, 2017, include former BJP MP Vinay Katiar and Sadhvi Ritambara.

Three other high-profile accused Giriraj Kishore, and Vishwa Hindu Parishad leader Ashok Singhal and Vishnu Hari Dalmia died during trial and the proceedings against them have been abated.

The top court had held that Rajasthan Governor Kalyan Singh, during whose tenure as chief minister of Uttar Pradesh the disputed structure was razed, is entitled to immunity under the Constitution as long as he remains in gubernatorial position.

The top court on Monday sought assistance of the Uttar Pradesh government to devise a mechanism to extend the tenure of the special judge to enable him conclude the trial in the case.
