										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p><strong>New Delhi | June1, 2024:</strong> According to News18’s Mega Exit Poll, Narendra Modi is likely to score an emphatic win for his Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP)-led National Democratic Alliance (NDA) with 355-370 seats, securing a third five-year term, after a gruelling and staggered election that lasted more than seven weeks.</p>
<p>According to the exit poll, 2024 General Elections is expected to see BJP alone crossing the half-way mark. INDIA bloc, the principal opposition alliance led by the Indian National Congress is likely to secure 125-140 seats, according to News18’s Mega Exit Poll.</p>

Other parties are projected to secure 42-52 seats.</p>
<p>News18’s Exit Poll went live on Saturday (June 1), offering the most accurate projections of the likely outcomes of General Elections 2024. Featuring the largest sample size of more than 100,000 respondents, News18 Mega Exit Poll covered 518 Lok Sabha constituencies across 21 major states, making it one of India&#8217;s most extensive surveys.</p>
<p>With a structured questionnaire translated into 11 regional languages, the survey used mixed methodology for News18 Mega Exit poll. Unlike traditional exit polls conducted immediately after voters cast their votes, this survey was conducted the day after polling. This approach was chosen for its ability to yield more reliable responses and eliminate bias.</p>
<p>Fieldwork for the survey was carried out by ten different fieldwork agencies with strict quality control measures in place, including on-the-spot quality checks to validate the entire process.</p>

										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p><span class="mceItemHidden">Central Government Health Scheme (<span class="hiddenSpellError">CGHS</span>) services will be made available in 100 cities by 2022, Union Health Minister Harsh <span class="hiddenSpellError">Vardhan</span> said. </span><span class="mceItemHidden"><span class="hiddenSpellError">CGHS</span> services, which started in 1954 from <span class="hiddenSpellError">Gol</span> Market in Delhi, reached only 25 cities till 2014. But, in the last five years of the NDA government, services under the scheme have been extended to as many as 71 cities, he said.</span></p>
<p><span class="mceItemHidden">&#8220;The progress that we have achieved under the visionary leadership of Prime Minister <span class="hiddenSpellError">Narendra</span> <span class="hiddenSpellError">Modi</span> can be clearly seen. We are aggressively witnessing reforms in every area of the health sector,&#8221; <span class="hiddenSpellError">Vardhan</span> said after inaugurating a latest <span class="hiddenSpellError">CGHS</span> <span class="hiddenSpellError">Bhawan</span> at Sector 13 in R K <span class="hiddenSpellError">Puram</span> here.</span><span class="mceItemHidden">The Union minister also launched the annual health check-up scheme for <span class="hiddenSpellError">CGHS</span> beneficiaries, who are pensioners of the age of 75 years and above. </span></p>
<p><span class="mceItemHidden">&#8220;<span class="hiddenSpellError">CGHS</span> services should be made available in 100 cities by 2022, when the prime minister also wishes to deliver a New India to all citizens,&#8221; <span class="hiddenSpellError">Vardhan</span> said.</span></p>
<p><span class="mceItemHidden">The new <span class="hiddenSpellError">bhawan</span> is the <span class="hiddenSpellError">CGHS&#8217;s</span> headquarters and houses the administrative section, the <span class="hiddenSpellError">CGHS</span> Card section, and a state-of-the-art wellness centre. </span><span class="mceItemHidden">On the occasion, <span class="hiddenSpellError">Vardhan</span> said <span class="hiddenSpellError">CGHS</span> services have undergone a remarkable and a positive change. While the rules have been simplified, several people friendly facilities have also been added, he said. </span></p>
<p><span class="mceItemHidden">The scheme has the potential of becoming one of the best in the world. I wish to have an internal brainstorming session among senior <span class="hiddenSpellError">CGHS</span> doctors to test the possibilities of further improvement of the scheme, for strengthening the transparency and adding further reforms the minister said. </span></p>
<p><span class="mceItemHidden">He assured <span class="hiddenSpellError">CGHS</span> doctors that all positive reforms shall be incorporated in the planning and appealed to beneficiaries to send suggestions for improvement of services. </span><span class="mceItemHidden"><span class="hiddenSpellError">Vardhan</span> also hailed the <span class="hiddenSpellError">CGHS&#8217;s</span> initiative of calling <span class="hiddenSpellError">telephonically</span> and inquiring about the health of beneficiaries who are above 80 years of age.</span></p>
